Greetings from AIESEC in Taylor’s University! Congratulations for challenging yourself by taking up the roles offered.

The last date of submission is 11.59 pm, 13th January 2012. Please e-mail the following documents in .pdf format to: [email protected] and cc: [email protected]. All sent applications will receive an acknowledgement. If you do not hear back from Tee Wei Lim by the 12 am, 13th January 2012, please e-mail or call at +6016 369 3321.

All applicants will be required to go through an interview on either the 14th or 15th of January. If the applicant is not physically available, a virtual interview will be conducted. The result will be announced on the 15th of January 2012, unless circumstances dictate otherwise.

Team Leader of Youth Development (Raise Specialization) Type: Team Leader Program Length: 6 months (January 2012 - June 2012)

 Liaise with Communications Department           liaise with all other initiatives that requires help of communications department help generate ideas for marketing initiatives and other related processes ensure contents delivered by Communications Department is correct and depicts what YD is providing educate Communications Department of YD’s programmes assist Communication with Recruitment Drives

 PEP Follow Up ensure number of callers refining the spreadsheet ensure quality of call and follow up

 Coordinate EPRB/ Info Session involves Following Up with PEPs securing venue + materials

 Achieve a total of 85 exchanges  Outstanding performance shall be recognized and appraised  Opportunities available:  LEAD Training  Personal Coaching from Vice President  Requirements:  Able to perform consistently in department throughout the term  Requires patience and commitment  Willing to learn

Team Leader of Youth Development (Match/Realize Specialization) Type: Team Leader Program Length: 6 months (January 2012 - June 2012)

 Liaise with Communications Department              liaise with all other initiatives that requires help of communications department help generate ideas for marketing initiatives and other related processes ensure contents delivered by Communications Department is correct and depicts what YD is providing educate Communications Department of YD’s programmes  Matching ensure performance and status of EPM based on EPs expected realization update tracker status of EPs on myAIESEC.net updated consolidate the course of the EPs for certain realizations (market research data), especially during the months from March-June/August-November Keep track of numbers for reporting Delegation of EPs to EPM

 Coordinate OPS and Reintegration Lead OCP and ensure smooth flow of planning and actual event Liaising with TM department to coordinate EP Sharing Updating tracker and consolidating data
