Minor a) Copy of Form B b) Copy of valid CNIC of Parents/Guardian c) Job/Business Proof of Parents/Guardian

Sole Proprietorship a) Photocopy of valid CNIC of Sole Proprietor b) NTN Certificate c) Letter from Proprietor for account opening and Proprietorship Declaration on the letterhead of the firm d) Proprietorship Stamp.

Partnership Firm a) Certified Copy of Partnership Deed b) Photocopies of Valid CNIC’s of all partners

e) NTN Certificate f) Stamp and Letterhead of the firm.

Limited Company

 

a) Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation b) Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association c) Board Resolution with company seal d) Certified copy of certificate of commencem commencement ent of business (if required) e) Latest Form 29 f) Copy of NTN certificate g) Copies of valid CNIC’s of Directors 

h) Stamp of the Company

Club/Society/Association a) Certified copy of registration certificate b) Copy of By-Laws/Rules/T By-Laws/Rules/Trust rust Deed c) List of executive members/management committee/management committee/management board d) Certified copy of resolution to: i. Open the account ii. Signing authorities e) Copy of valid CNIC’s of all members of management body

bring original along with the photocopies of the above mentioned documents to the Bank at the time of account opening for verification purposes

Personal Accounts

For Individuals

Copy of valid ID Card* Any job / Business proof For Non-resident Pakistani, copy of passport with VISA page is also required

 

  For Housewife/ Students/ Retired Personnel

Copy of valid ID Card* Any job / Business B usiness proof of sponsor (parents/husband/son etc) or pension; as case may be Copy of valid ID Card* C ard* of parents/husband/son etc; as case may be

Business Accounts

For a Limited Company  Company 

Certified copies of: (a) Memorandum and Articles of Association. (b) Certificate of Incorporation. (c) Certificate of Commencement of Business, wherever applicable. (d) Form-A / Form-B as applicable. (e) Form-29, wherever applicable. (f) Valid ID card* of all the directors and authorized person(s). Board Resolution for opening of account specifying the person(s) authorized to open and operate the account. List of Directors

 

For a Sole-Proprietorship  Sole-Proprietorship 

Copy of Valid ID card* of Proprietor Copy of NTN Certificate Account Opening Request & Proprietorship Letter on Letterhead as per Bank's prescribed format. Registration certificate for registered concerns Certificate or proof of membership of trade bodies etc, wherever applicable

For a Partnership  Partnership 

Copies of valid ID card* of all the partners and authorized signatories. Attested copy of ‘Partnership Deed’ duly signed by all partners of the firm.  firm.  Attested copy of Registration Certificate with Registrar of Firms. Account Opening Request Letter on Firm's Letter Head Authority letter from all partners, authorizing the person(s) to operate firm’s account. account.
