Sacrament of Baptism
Baptism is the first step to become a Catholic Christian. Parents who wish to baptize their children agree to raise them in the Catholic faith.
For more information about the requirements for infant baptisms, check the bulletin or call Deacon Dan. Classes are the 2nd Saturday of
each month in the Faith Formation Complex room 13 at 9 am. For Spanish, classes are the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in the
Faith Formation Complex room 13.
Sacrament of Reconciliation
God loves us and wants to forgive our sins. You can experience God’s unconditional love through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This
sacrament is available on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:00 am, and on Saturdays, English & Spanish, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, or at other times by
contacting a priest. For Spanish call Fr. Bruno.
Sacrament of Marriage
Please contact the parish a minimum of six months prior to the wedding. Do not set a date prior to your first appointment with a priest or
deacon. If the wedding is to take place elsewhere, please seek advice from our clergy. For more information, please contact Deacon Dan at
565-8406. For Spanish call Fr. Bruno at 565-8406.
Funeral Arrangements
Please contact Deacon Dan in the Parish Office at 565-8406 as soon as possible after a death to make the funeral arrangements. Services can
be in English, Spanish or Bilingual.
Emergency Calls
A hospital chaplain covers all hospitals. In an emergency, please contact the hospital. After hours, please leave a message with the Parish Office and
you will be contacted the next business day.

On Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. the Diocese
of Las Vegas will celebrate the Annual Jubilee Mass
for all couples who have been married in the Roman
Catholic Church, celebrating their Silver, Golden or
other significant wedding anniversary. The Jubilee
Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Joseph Pepe at the
Guardian Angel Cathedral with renewal of wedding
vows and a reception will be held in Anderson Hall
following the Mass. All are invited to join in this

There will be many internationally known speakers to
discuss what can help strengthen the sacred bonds of
families across the globe. There will be a special track for
youth and childcare will be available. Pope Francis will
visit Sept 26 & 27 and celebrate the closing Mass.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
El fin de semana del 25 de enero, 2015 nuestra diócesis realizará una
colecta para ayudar a la Iglesia en América Latina y Europa Central.
On the weekend of January 25, 2015 our diocese will take up a
collection to assist our Church in Latin America and Central Europe.
Families around the world today face tremendous challenges. In Latin
America many family and catechetical ministry projects funded by the
Collection for the Church in Latin America offer families and
communities a way to strengthen, affirm, and celebrate their life
together in faith. In Cuba, migration and economic pressures are only
a few of the many internal and external circumstances that pose
threats to Catholic families. A grant requested by the Archdiocese of
Havana is addressing these challenges by forming family pastoral
ministers who are helping nourish families, so they can live an
authentic, integrated experience of faith at home and in the wider
community.
Hoy día en todo el mundo las familias enfrentan grandes desafíos. En
América Latina muchos proyectos para la pastoral familiar y la
catequesis están financiados con fondos de la Colecta para la Iglesia
en América Latina y ofrecen a las familias y comunidades un modo de
fortalecer, afirmar, y celebrar su vida juntos en la fe. En Cuba, las
presiones migratorias y económicas son solamente unas de las
muchas circumstancias internas y externas que amenazan a las
familias católicas. La arquidiócesis de La Habana está solicitando un

In Central Europe this Collection funds grants that provide pastoral

The New Home Centre, run by the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred

Our mission is to bring the youth of St. Peter's together for
different sporting and special events. Because students are the
church not just the future. We want to support you with events
to show Jesus' First Commandment, to love one another.

Baptism is the first step to become a Catholic Christian. Parents who wish to baptize their children agree to raise them in the Catholic faith.
For more information about the requirements for infant baptisms, check the bulletin or call Deacon Dan. Classes are the 2nd Saturday of
each month in the Faith Formation Complex room 13 at 9 am. For Spanish, classes are the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in the
Faith Formation Complex room 13.
Sacrament of Reconciliation
God loves us and wants to forgive our sins. You can experience God’s unconditional love through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This
sacrament is available on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:00 am, and on Saturdays, English & Spanish, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, or at other times by
contacting a priest. For Spanish call Fr. Bruno.
Sacrament of Marriage
Please contact the parish a minimum of six months prior to the wedding. Do not set a date prior to your first appointment with a priest or
deacon. If the wedding is to take place elsewhere, please seek advice from our clergy. For more information, please contact Deacon Dan at

El fin de semana del 25 de enero, 2015 nuestra diócesis realizará una
colecta para ayudar a la Iglesia en América Latina y Europa Central.
On the weekend of January 25, 2015 our diocese will take up a
collection to assist our Church in Latin America and Central Europe.
Families around the world today face tremendous challenges. In Latin
America many family and catechetical ministry projects funded by the
Collection for the Church in Latin America offer families and
communities a way to strengthen, affirm, and celebrate their life
together in faith. In Cuba, migration and economic pressures are only
a few of the many internal and external circumstances that pose
threats to Catholic families. A grant requested by the Archdiocese of
Havana is addressing these challenges by forming family pastoral
ministers who are helping nourish families, so they can live an
authentic, integrated experience of faith at home and in the wider
community.
Hoy día en todo el mundo las familias enfrentan grandes desafíos. En
América Latina muchos proyectos para la pastoral familiar y la
catequesis están financiados con fondos de la Colecta para la Iglesia
en América Latina y ofrecen a las familias y comunidades un modo de

1. Couples should not set a wedding date until they have

anticipated date of the wedding.
3. Weddings will take place in the bride’s parish unless
permission is given by Pastor for the wedding to take place
in another church.
