Notice of an application for a
Permit in terms Section 26(3)
of the Act :
Notice is hereby given of an
application to carry out the
following development on
Stand 14947 STL, corner
Birmingham and Simon
Mazorodze roads, Harare
1. It is proposed to establish a
Fast food outlet on the above
stand which falls within
General Industry Zone 7 of the
Operative City of Harare Phases
2 , 3 a n d 4 t o w n
Planning Scheme wherein the
proposal requires the special
consent of the Local
Planning Authority.

The following condition
registered in the Title Deed to
property being Deed of Transfer
No.7666/89 confers rights
which may be enforced by the
owner(s) of another property
and is at variance with the
proposed development, the
condition will be cancelled IF
the application is successful.
‘The stand and the buildings
thereon shall be used solely for
Industrial, manufacturing and
factor y and such other
purposes as may be permitted
in terms of the Town Planning
Scheme for the area.’
The application, plans and any
special conditions which the
Authority is likely to impose in
the event of this application
being favourably considered
maybe inspected at the address
below during normal office
hours.
Any person wishing to make
objections or representations
relating to the application must
lodge them with the
undersigned within one month
of the date of the first insertion
of this notice.
