At this point we come to the express philosophy of government embodied in our Constitution. The governmental framework of American Constitutional Law not only flowed in the wake of a Christian dominated history; it not only followed upon a long and largely Christian political tradition; but it actually gave concrete expression to Biblical judical principles of government. Let us consider just four basic principles embodied in the Constitution and briefly consider their theological and Biblical base.
