It would be best if you mute your phone when you first come on, then un-mute it when you want to talk and then re-mute it. You can use the *6 button on your phone or use the phone’s mute button Speaker phones and cell phones are not desirable as they can chop up the call badly occasionally. If you are recording the call and leave the phone unintended, please mute!!!!! Note, on October 30th someone left the phone un-muted and coupled television audio into the phone making the conference call conversations very difficult. When you are not muted be careful of making noise such as breathing hard into the phone’s microphone or rubbing the mouthpiece or not reducing extraneous noise across the room. Cell phones can pick up wind noise when used outside and also if not in a primary reception zone can couple noise into the call. Excessive echoes and noise will terminate the conference call. Cell phones and speaker phones can cause echoes. Keep the call quiet, don’t make Howard climb out of his mailbox and bop you one. ******************************************************************* Note: the telephone lines are usually quite noisy and therefore it would be prudent to slow your speech down otherwise your words and meaning will be lost. Suggestion to everyone (even Howard): Get a phone with a privacy or mute button. This is much more convenient than star-6 and more rapid to use. It can also be used as a cough button since it can be used rapidly. Try it, you’ll like it. ********************************************************************* { 00:24:28.429} [Caller] Howard, can I ask a quick question? If a person sent an affidavit of commercial notice to the county recorder to terminate the registration of the property,… home but the recorder files it in a court case against the sender for which the sender wasn’t even served could the sender also then give the recorder a notice that they may be misusing the document? [Howard] Why would they have filed it in the court case? What we’ve seen is they hid the damned thing. They wouldn’t put it into the court. They didn’t want the court to know that somebody had done it—that’s what we saw happening. I haven’t seen them put it in as part as the evidence. What are they using as evidence for? [caller] To take the land but they never did serve—they never did get served.

[Howard] Well, they can’t proceed in court until they get service—I hope you know that but that affidavit of commercial notice if you go in there and argue the point of it to the judge I think they’ll lose. The point is I’m withdrawing it from government authority. They have no control or interest whatsoever in the property. [caller] But we’re talking about a judge who is out of control.

[Howard] Well, he’s appealable. You can appeal from his court level. We had the same problem in Nebraska with a jerk on a property tax sale case. He ignored everything we did. [caller] This same judge took in a notary because the notary notarized some papers off a plane in Atlanta and had that person brought to Missouri, threw him in jail with a million dollar bond. [Howard] Nothing surprises me today. Look at this health care bill and how far they’re going. Everywhere, every part of government has gone too far. And you know why they are? Because they’re going broke. They need every dollar they can squeeze out of yours and my pocket to keep themselves afloat. [caller] Missouri. The case this person notarized was actually against the current governor of

[Howard] Well, I’m not going to comment on that because there are ways to put cases together. If you follow the procedures, you lay out the law and you show what they have done has violated the law there is no way they can come back at you. But if you put a bunch of this patriot rhetoric bull crap into it there’s all kinds of ways they can come back at you. So I’m not going to comment on what might have been done in this case because I don’t know. This might be a very badly put together case with a lot of threats and violence in it and that’s going to get you in trouble. It may have been a very well put together case but I doubt that because I don’t think something like this would have happened if it was well put together. [caller] This person was only a notary from another state that notarized these documents. That’s what happened to them. They’re in jail and they can’t even put together their own case because they’re dieseling them. [Howard] Well, that’s probably because it was very poorly put together and they’re just getting you back for standing up against them. [caller] [Howard] put together. [caller] punish now. [Howard] [caller] Yeah, they obviously are. Thank you, Howard. I don’t mean to degrade somebody’s work but probably it was not very well Well, at this point it’s just the person that notarized that they’re trying to Well, they’ll go after the one that filed it eventually. Well, they can’t find that person.

[Howard] Like I said, eventually they’ll go after him. And what the hell good does it do to file a case and then disappear? [caller] Well, if he’s floating in the river I guess.

[Howard] Well, what you do it take fifty people with you everywhere you go and you won’t end up floating in the river. [caller] That’s a good idea.

[Howard] That scares the hell out of law enforcement—they don’t do much. 00:29:30.242
