***************************************************** Start ***************************************************** {01:13:22.000} [Howard] Dave, it’s amazing how much of this stuff that is coming out that is right in line with the studies and research that we’ve done. I want to get on to what I want to bring up tonight because it is right in line with this kind of corruption that you have just exposed which is actually worldwide. The Russian, Chinese, Japanese, the entire European, the African Communities that are business communities, the Middle Eastern communities which have become very big business communities in the 1900s here, the South American communities, the Canadian communities and, of course, this dip shit organization that we call the United States and its communities that stupid people have become a party to are all acting and cooperating and working under the same program. It is not being taught in the schools in such a fashion that you would have snowball’s chance in hell of recognizing what they’re doing. It will take you, in case I die tomorrow and you don’t understand what I’ve done and somehow all of my information gets lost it will take you at least 32 years like it has taken me to get to the point that I’ve gotten to of finding and understanding just
exactly what’s going on with this system. I want to show you just how damned corrupt this whole system has been and who is the corruption. Since the beginning of this wonderful country that we have our Constitution that was organized by the state originally, Connecticut I think being the first one—and by the way that was my great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather that organized the original constitution in Connecticut and was, I guess, appointed the first governor of the newly organized state of Connecticut. Go back and look up that Constitution. Well, the first thing you would have to do is learn how to read, not just pronounce words, but actually understand what words mean and read that Constitution. The whole scheme of constitutions throughout America for each one of the organized governments that they call states and the parent corporation that they’ve created in 1789 called the United States uniting all of these state corporations under a parent corporation was all based on the intention, rules and edicts of our Creator. Those people were very, very enlightened people. All of them were not decent. There is a book called The Formation of the Nation which is very hard to find. There aren’t many of them around to be found. And in that book there’s an explanation of what was submitted to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia in 1787 argued, debated, tossed around until 1789. There were two plans submitted. One is referred to as the New Jersey which wasn’t submitted or put together by the New Jersey politicians. It was put together by the New York politicians who were the king’s people. They didn’t have the guts to put it in their own organization called New York so they put it in under New Jersey’s organization called the Colony of New Jersey. And then there was another plan submitted called the Pinckney Plan. It was submitted by Senator Pinckney of the Carolinas. The debate in the Constitutional Convention was to determine what parts of each one of these submissions and suggestions for a constitution would be accepted and used. Now, in order to understand what the acceptances were and how it was finally broken down then you got to go from the book called The Formation of the Nation to a book called The Federalist Papers and then you need to go read a book called The Anti-Federalist Papers because the evil side got part of what they wanted but not much. The Pinckney Plan, the honest and decent side that was more in line with God’s laws, got a good bit of what they wanted but over the years it has been perverted. The people that are in office today are no more rightfully there than the queen of England is over there in England. They are no more rightfully actually government representatives for the people as they are supposed to be but that is a minor, as the judge in that case over there viewed it, a minor part of the problem. The judge over there never actually came out and admitted that he was the problem but if you listen to and read what Dave just read it turns out to be that you will recognize that the judge was the problem. He is a part of a system of corruption. He is a part of this so-called BAR Association and as was explained in that paper it doesn’t matter if it’s the Canadian BAR Association, the European BAR Association, the American BAR Association, the Australian BAR Association, they’re all part of this England-controlled BAR Association. Let me get into this case. This is quite old. It was in 1896. Now, some lawyer today would say, ‘well, that doesn’t mean anything, it’s too old, we don’t operate that way anymore.’ That son-of-a-bitch should be hung immediately but we don’t have the balls to do that because we’re such wonderful Jewish and Christian and Islamic people that we believe we shouldn’t hurt anybody because God won’t like you if you hurt anybody. At least I don’t think it’s going to happen unless there’s enough anger developed, then maybe it will happen but I think anger might overcome this religious bullshit belief that everybody’s got
{everybody???} but for the time being because of these religious beliefs nothing is going to be done to correct any of these problems or go after these wrongdoers in the right manner. They’re not entitled to a jury trial. The evidence of their corruption is right in front of you if you’d learn how to read, not just pronounce words. But anyway, listen to these words. The people of New York—the State of New York—the case is called people which means the State of New York, v. Pierce. Pierce was an Indian. He was accused of violating a New York Statute that forbid the use of dynamite explosives in the Susquehanna River to kill fish. Even he admits that this was not a smart thing to do because you kill too many of them and there’s not enough left to breed that eventually they’ll be no fish I the river and if we did this in too many different tributaries and lakes and oceans and such that ultimately there’d be no fish to feed the people. So he admits that the idea of this statutory regulation was not wrong but the court said that the words chosen-“government sovereignty and jurisdiction” are among the broadest in the language. “Government” is the exercise “the exercise of authority in the administration of the affairs of a state”—which means government—“community” which means the governmental community “or society” which means the society of government; it is the authority, discretion and restraint exercised over the actions of men in the communities, societies or states” meaning within government. “Sovereignty” is again “the supreme absolute uncontrollable power by which any state is governed—see Cooley on Constitution—is “controlling authority, the right of making or enforcing laws or regulations and the capacity of determining the rules of action or use and exacting penalties; the function or capacity of judging or governing in general; the inherent power of decision or control.” These definitions certainly cover the case under consideration. I’m not going to read this whole case because it’s like what he said about some of those things, it’s too long. On the next page there’s another paragraph that’s rather important. The statutes forbidding the trespass upon the lands of the Indians by whites and providing for the removal of intruders have been upheld as a police regulation in People v. Dibble 16 NY Rpts, p. 203 and it seems plain that the present law may be sustained upon the same grounds. And then the judge in this lower court went right against his own words and found the guy guilty of violating a New York statute even though what he did was on the river that was within the ground of the land area that was the set aside reservation for this Indian tribe and it was for their private use, he commented within the case. He still went against his, found him guilty, punished him with a $40 fine which back in those days, 1896, was a hell of a lot of money. In order to pay that fine today you would probably need about 4000 of these phony Federal Reserve Notes. And he convicted him and sentenced him to 30 days in jail. Well, this Indian from the Seneca tribe appealed and when it got to the Court of Appeals this is what the Court of Appeals said. Now, this is what I’ve been telling you people and this is right in line with what Dave read to you, tonight, out of that case, Judge Pigpen or whatever the hell his name was, ruled the wrong way on purpose because he is the corruption. He is trying to control the people. He is not implementing the laws of God to control the society under God’s rules. He is there to make manmade laws and make money off of it and that’s exactly what the judge in this lower court had done—trying to make his forty bucks. But the upper court said, and this is way down in the—because they went through and explained all the story about he killed the fish and he used dynamite to do it. It was against the law to do that under the state statute laws. And he explained that it was in the area of the nation of the Indian tribe and their particular reservation property that
had been agreed between their tribe and the United States government to be a reservation and upon this statement of facts the defendant asked to be exempted before the justice in the lower court from the liability of the provisions of the statute cited. Upon this appeal makes the broad claim that since he is a Seneca Indian and the alleged offense was committed upon the reservation which his tribe occupies—now, keep that word in mind— the private property that they occupied, the private property that white people occupy, the private property that dark-skinned people occupy—same identical concept of law applied —which his tribe occupies therefore the legislature of the State of New York has no authority or jurisdiction over the reservation or its waters that it cannot control or restrict the right of himself or his people to take fish from the river in any manner they choose to adopt. And for this reason the act referred to is invalid and void so far as he is concerned. The Court of Appeals upheld the concept and purpose and intent of the constitutional authority of government to protect the individual private people in their private capacity. The lower court was so damned corrupt that it tried to trick him into accepting a judgment against him—the same concept as what David just read to you. We are living that same scenario of corrupt organization of these people called lawyers. I know a couple of lawyers and some of them that probably don’t realize what they’re doing and they live a reasonably nice life and they’re reasonably nice people. Now, some of them are dirty little idiots just like there’s some dirty little idiots that are cops but most of the cops are very decent people, live a normal life, don’t go out of their way to do wrong and don’t realize that some of the things that they’re told to do are wrong. A lot of the lawyers are just doing what they were taught. They don’t realize that some of the things they’re doing are wrong and they don’t realize why—because they have no more knowledge and understanding of this concept of protecting the people in their property than the man in the moon, I guess. And even the man in the moon might know a whole lot more than they do about it. It’s a real shame what is coming down but there is going to be a worldwide slaughter of these people some day. Interestingly enough this story sort of relates to the story about the tunneling devices. There is a story in the Bible and I don’t recall if it’s in the New Testament or the Old Testament or if it’s in both places but I think it’s mentioned in both places in one way or another and that is in the last days that God’s people will go into the tunnels and caves and hunt out the last of the Canaanites and kill them. That’s who we’re dealing with here, are Canaanites. Unfortunately, 85% of the population of this planet are Canaanites. The are God’s enemies. A whole lot of people belong to different religions that think that because they belong to the religion that they’re going to be saved but that’s not quite true. The Canaanites will be destroyed. Now, I’m not going to get into an explanation of who the Canaanites are. I’d probably insult quite a number of people by doing that. You’ll find out when the day is right who you are and what you are and you will be on the right of the stick or the short end of the stick when it does all come down. But anyway, that story about making the tunnels, they’re caves, and they will be hunted out of those caves and killed right in line with the same story of the corruption and why it’s so corrupt and right in line with what can be done to shut these courts down because these courts have no authority over you in your private capacity or your private property and cases like this prove it. This is referred to in the case we’ve been talking about before, Chicago Railroad v. Number one School District of Yuma County that we’ve been talking about. This case has been cited since then in 21 other cases. Now, I’m not sure I’m going to find time to read all 21 cases but we’re looking them up, we’re making copies to see how it was cited and how it was used and why it was used. So,
we’re going to be working on that, putting together something of an argument. And you know what, the guy who wrote that article that if we understood this we could shut down the courts in a couple of weeks. Well, yes, if we understood this the population probably is not capable of understanding it so the courts will keep going. And most interestingly enough, this is exactly what I have told people that this corruption is not going to be stopped by any court case. It will only be stopped against you, the individual, as it said here. Whatever manner they choose or adopt to go fishing in their waters and for these reasons the act referred to is invalid and void so far as he is concerned—as he is concerned. Ok, he’s relieved of any responsibility to those statutes that they tried to impose upon him because he has proven that they, in fact, cannot and do not apply to him because the law didn’t let it apply to him. The rule that was made called the statute or a code was intended for government only and that again is non prejudicial. Anybody can be a party to the government, even God’s people, and some of the stupid God’s people are in there. Maybe it’s a good thing they are because that might be what finally exposes some of this stuff. But most of the people that are in government are God’s enemies that He keeps talking about throughout the Bible. They are not going to set this right by any one major decision. The are only going to relieve Mr. Hill or whatever his name was that was involved in that case over there. They only relieved Mr. Pierce who was involved in this case over here. They will only relieve any individual here in America that knows how to go into court and show that they had no authority over him and his private property because it goes back to their constitutional limitations and he’s going to have to take it to a high court. He’s not going to get it done in the low court. He’s going to have to at least appeal it to the Court of Appeals and maybe beyond that to the Supreme Court. We don’t have time for all this really. Because of the corruption of the lower courts and the corruption of the whole legal system we really don’t have time for this. This system is falling into the bankruptcy that the exgovernor of Colorado spoke of occurring in order to bring down the present government systems that exist by bankrupting everything and then leading into a third world war. That’s the plan. They’re going to make it work and they’re going to get it done before any of us can really do much of anything about it except enlighten other people. Even some of the Canaanites are going to be enlightened and they’re not so darned evil as some of the other Canaanites and they will begin to stand up against the rest of the Canaanites and if you read the Bible it says they’ll fight amongst themselves and kill each other. {If you read what happened to France in the French Revolution and to Russia during the Russian Revolution (banker financed) you’ll see that eventually that’s exactly what happened— they fed themselves into the guillotine. France was almost completely depopulated in the French Revolution. The Khazarian over-class in Russia was depopulating Russia (mostly through their favorite weapon—deliberate starvation—sound familiar??). Finally Stalin caught on and was turning on the Khazars. The Khazars found out that Stalin was coming down on them and since Stalin’s wife was a Khazarian the orders went out from the Khazar Bankers in New York City to do Stalin in and Stalin’s wife, a doctor, promptly complied.} That’s really not funny—I don’t know why I’m laughing about it. That we have to sit back and watch and let this happen but we need to instigate it. We need to bring it forth. We need to expose the truth and you know what, it’s starting to come out. In those two e-mails particularly, the one about the case in England, the one about the tunnels being drilled, it’s exposing a good bit of the corruption of this government and the self consideration, the selfishness of the people, that are government. They’re only concerning about themselves.
They made these places to hide. They got it barred off so the rest of us can’t get in there if there was some kind of a calamity. And, by the way, think of the calamities that have occurred in this country in this week and three or four weeks ago in this country during the course of about a week. I know you don’t get much news from foreign countries. Once in a great while the weather channel will give you some information about some terrible weather conditions occurring in other parts of the world and they have to be really terrible in order for them to bring it up but these types of weather situations, earthquakes, volcanic activities are occurring all over the planet. The planet is becoming very adverse to man. It is erupting against mankind. And the reason it is, is because most of mankind is cooperating with this evil, this negativity and our Creator is very positive and the positive will overpower the negative. And as a matter of fact, it’s using the negativity to destroy the negativity—interesting approach that I finally figured out that our Creator’s doing. Storms are a negative energy and using the storms to destroy all kinds of things to break down the structures of cities and towns and villages and countries and it’s happening just as the governor of Colorado explained in other manners that it’s happening in many, many other countries. They’re being broken down by all kinds of approaches. Some of them are from the evil and some of them are the retaliation by our Creator against the evil. Eventually, it’s going to cause bankruptcy of all these nations. The systems of money will collapse. They don’t be able to reorganize them because the people will have lost respect for their governments and their moneys so it won’t be able to reorganize. And any idea that living in the city will be the best place to be is an absolutely wrong implication to lead people to think. I don’t care how it worked during monetary times in Argentina or some other place like that. Here in this country and throughout most of the countries of the world it will not be safe to be in the cities. There will be no food brought into the cities. That story about the tunneling machines told you that they are storing all this food for themselves. They’re not going to ship it to the cities. There’s not going to be any money in circulation to pay for gasoline or to pay drivers to distribute any of this kind of stuff. It’s going to be there for government people in the hiding places they made for government people and that’s all that’s going to be there for. It will not be distributed anywhere until the people go in there and kill these Canaanites that are hiding in these caves and take it. And then they’re only going to take it a little ways because there’ll be no way to transport it. There’ll be no gasoline available, no money to pay anything or anybody. There’ll be a very few people that’ll get an advantage out of it. The rest of them are going to have to figure out how to get by on their own with what little resources of knowledge that they have on how to feed themselves from the wild—will be some very, very interesting times and I guarantee you that if somebody doesn’t kill you, you’ll probably be killing yourselves. There will be many, many suicides. If there isn’t any electricity do you know that most people wouldn’t think that life is worth living? But when the money collapses there’ll be no electricity because there’ll be nobody to work the generating plants and maintain the electricity. There won’t be any so when you plug in your television and it doesn’t work life won’t be worth living. Bye, I don’t think our Creator needed you anyway. Nothing will be able to be done about these kinds of situations. {kind of reminds you of when the Tower of Babel forced people to migrate apart and since technology was often left behind most of them went primitive to survive and only certain groups were able to eventually bootstrap themselves into high technology again.} We still have some time to get this type of knowledge like that e-mail that he read about the case in England, like information on these two cases, People
v. Pierce and Chicago Railroad v. Yuma County School District , how to make people realize that this government in its present operation has corrupted its own purpose and intent {due to a takeover by globalists in most countries. Refer to Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia for a preview of this}. Those people that corrupted it must go {into a sealed tunnel?}. And I don’t mean that they have to get an airplane and get out of here—they must go and they will. Even if they get an airplane and fly out of here they’ll land somewhere else where the same problem is going to exist and they’ll be done away with there. The best laid plans of mice and men go astray and these plans of these types of men will definitely go astray—it’ll backfire on them. {The creative people will be outside the tunnels and the insiders will munch their way into oblivion.} It will never be allowed by our Creator to be completely successful. But during the time that they’re trying to execute it, it will look like they’re being successful. It will be terrible times for all of us even for the Canaanites that are half way decent people because of the ones that are so evil and what they’re doing. This case of People v. (Confederate Reprint Company)} The attempt by those who wanted power to control everything was being implemented all the way back in those days. There is nothing new under the sun. The state you live in and what they do is not any worse than the state right next to you or across the country from you—they’re all doing it {your globalists at work} and it’s not just this country. It’s being done in all the other countries. All the countries have adopted the same uniform system of laws to regulate commerce all around the country way back in the eighties. {the Khazarians are in all those governments so one should not be surprised.} In the law library in Maryland I started looking up the basic concept and structure of laws in foreign countries like France and Germany and Italy and the South African developed countries and Japan. Couldn’t find much on China but I found some stuff on Japan. Found stuff on New Zealand and [Australia]. They have all formulated the same basic concept of laws regulating commerce and attempted to apply them to everybody and get everybody under the law of commerce and not protect the people and their right of privacy and their right to accomplish things on their own, to maintain whatever you could create and to make progress by developing things without government interference. They’ve all done it. There is no country that is not involved in this scam and basic kind of control to control and regulate the people living somewhere near where these governments were created. 01:47:15.178 {01:52:55.000} [caller] On that subject I was talking to a friend that I made. He does a lot of court stuff and he said that he was able to get a judge mad enough and talked to him afterwards that the judge told him he would never accept any court citation prior to 1938. [Howard] That’s correct.
[caller] When he was able to talk to another judge friend that he had made he told him that it was because of the bankruptcy, the state bankruptcy that they put onto this country and so that would be saying…that are prior to 1938 that’s why judges always never comply with any Supreme Court decisions prior to 1938. He told him that if he had any
citations to go by from thirty-eight on he would listen to him but he would never take anything prior to 1938 so he lost his case. [Howard] He would never take it into consideration—do you know why 1938 is such an important date? [caller] Why is that?
[Howard] Because of the Erie Railroad v. Tompkins decision which was based on the doing away with gold in 1933 and it took until 1938 to finally get a case into court and bring it all the way up to the Supreme Court for the Supreme Court that we could no longer use the common law. The Constitution would have no relevancy. From now on everything will have to be under law and equity. And, of course, I’m sure very few people could understand what that meant because you would say, ‘what do you mean they did away with the common law but everything would have to be under law and equity.’ Well, that’s the other form of law besides common law. Admiralty/maritime, isn’t it? Now, equity was created in England many, many centuries ago to correct the wrongs that couldn’t be corrected in the common law courts. It was related only to common law and the law on the land which is what the common law was created for, was the law on the land. It had nothing to do with admiralty. In 1938 the court ruled that from now on equity would function right along with admiralty law. So it’s now under law and equity in admiralty but not law in common law and the Constitution would have no substance meaning and that was the decision of the Erie Railroad case in 1938 and that’s why they will not look at any cases beyond that. But I’ll tell you how you can get them to look at cases beyond that. You create a history. You get this case that’s back in 1896 and then you get the Chicago case—I forget what the date was on that but it’s prior to 1938. It was something like 1920s or something like that. I don’t recall exactly. And then you look up these other cases that I just mentioned tonight that it has been mentioned in 21 other cases and we’re looking up those other cases and a lot of them come up past 1938. So it creates a history of this being respected as law from then all the way through till now and the only difference between then and now is the corruption by lawyers that led to the problem that we are bringing before the court because they’re not respecting the law. They didn’t back then in the lower courts. They don’t now and we’re suffering with this corruption and you have no authority —the courts have said so. You follow me? [caller] Yeah. Because that’s what’s going on right now too with….Patriot Act. They found out that the FBI is abusing the Patriot Act by going to the local police and asking for people who have guns and…and so I can kind of... of what you are talking about today to that. [Howard] He brought this up. This is Ron Paul’s son. I got to wonder what the hell is going on with Ron Paul. Maybe he’s trying to throw everything over to his son. You know what that idiot came out with on the news yesterday? Anybody hear the news? Did you hear what Ron Paul said? I can tell you one thing. I will not speak good for Ron Paul ever again, not after what I heard him say. He is strongly suggesting that the nation sell its gold reserves to pay off the debt in Federal Reserve notes. He was in the news yesterday—think it was—the day before if it wasn’t yesterday—making this statement that the government, this nation called the United States should sell off its gold reserves in order to get the money to pay off its national debt. [caller] [caller] Which is ridiculous because we’re going to be in it right back the next day. Well, he must have been off his medication.
[Howard] Yeah, well I’ll tell you whatever his problem is unless his intent is to throw everything into the hands of his son to come up and say no that’s not the right… Maybe he’s creating an internal argument. I don’t know. If that’s what he’s doing—fine. But if that’s what he really meant to be done then that’s the last good thing I’ll ever say for Ron Paul. 01:59:43.278 {02:02:17.000} [Jim] Howard, I sent you an e-mail on that Hague stuff, did you ever get it with the case number? [Howard] Yes. Yes, Jim I got it. It came the other day. I haven’t had a whole lot of time to read it because I’ve really been working on this Pierce case and a couple of other ones related to it. And now that we got that, now I know where the corruption is and how to explain it. I just need some of those newer cases to create that whole history to show that they corrupted it all these years. It’s nothing different that the law is still the same and that that is the breach of fiduciary duty. And then that was a beautiful explanation that was in there about how the complaint was put together and what had to be in it. [Jim] Are you talking about the case notes …?
[Howard] The explanation of the complaint that was in there. I only got started reading the explanation of the complaint, the first two or three pages. I think it’s about three pages long. I’ve been so busy and feeling bad and I don’t know how many of you might have heard me on Monday night’s call talking about my friend that fell and got hurt but I’ve been a little bit busy running to the hospital and helping his family. He got hurt real bad. . . . {02:24:09.000} [Howard] I think when they expatriate they expatriate from any of these corporations that are organized as a government and they patriate themselves to these private corporations that are being utilized by government to run certain government functions because what governments are doing all around the world seems to be privatizing. Instead of the government doing what it’s supposed to do it’s allowing somebody like me, an entrepreneur with a little pile of money to create a corporation, organize people to work in that corporation and handle certain functions that government was supposed to handle like the Department of Motor Vehicles. Well, guess what, as a private organization I can coerce you through one of my agents to cooperate and sign up with this corporation and there is no government restriction or constitutional restriction that applies to my private corporation, it applies to the government. The government cannot create a Department of Motor Vehicles and operate it in the wrong manner and make you sign your own private automobile up with the Department of Motor Vehicles. But a private corporation can force you to do anything. [caller] So you’re violating actual constitutional rights by what he would be doing so he had to enter a different entity… [Howard] [caller] That’s right. I think you were talking about the secretary of State…
[caller] Yeah, it’s one of those high offices and I thought, wow, and I thought, ‘well, gee, I also read on-line one time a gentleman was speaking at the state, they have the right to give citizenship to who they choose to give it to or deny citizenship and the federal government couldn’t make them stop giving citizenship or deny citizenship or they couldn’t take a person’s United States citizenship, I should say, away from them also. They were born here but unless you didn’t want it. Is there a way to expatriate from the corporation and retain your California or other state citizenship? [Howard] No. No, absolutely not. The State of California is an agency of the United States. If you are associated in any way through any type of commercial contract with the State of California then you’re associated with its parent corporation, the United States. As a matter of fact, these stupid people with this state citizenship crap that they came out with. I guess as much as ten years ago some morons were professing this crap. ‘I’m a state citizen but I’m not a United States citizen.’ These people are a perfect example of my complaint that we can’t read. The 14th Amendment says, ‘all persons born or naturalized in
the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state in which they reside. Don’t you see the connection? [Dave] These teachers don’t realize the schools are part of the government, the dumb jerks, and they’re teaching your kids? [Howard] Yeah. School teachers think the Department of Education is not part of government—they don’t work for the government—they work for the Department of Education. These are damned fools that we have teaching our children and if I just insulted a couple of teachers, I’m glad. If you’re part of the state by commercial contract of any kind with the commerce of the state then you are also associated with the state’s parent corporation called the United States who the state is in commerce with. I want to get on to what I want to bring up tonight because it is right in line with this kind of corruption that you have just exposed which is actually worldwide. The Russian, Chinese, Japanese, the entire European, the African Communities that are business communities, the Middle Eastern communities which have become very big business communities in the 1900s here, the South American communities, the Canadian communities and, of course, this dip shit organization that we call the United States and its communities that stupid people have become a party to are all acting and cooperating and working under the same program. It is not being taught in the schools in such a fashion that you would have snowball’s chance in hell of recognizing what they’re doing. It will take you, in case I die tomorrow and you don’t understand what I’ve done and somehow all of my information gets lost it will take you at least 32 years like it has taken me to get to the point that I’ve gotten to of finding and understanding just
exactly what’s going on with this system. I want to show you just how damned corrupt this whole system has been and who is the corruption. Since the beginning of this wonderful country that we have our Constitution that was organized by the state originally, Connecticut I think being the first one—and by the way that was my great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather that organized the original constitution in Connecticut and was, I guess, appointed the first governor of the newly organized state of Connecticut. Go back and look up that Constitution. Well, the first thing you would have to do is learn how to read, not just pronounce words, but actually understand what words mean and read that Constitution. The whole scheme of constitutions throughout America for each one of the organized governments that they call states and the parent corporation that they’ve created in 1789 called the United States uniting all of these state corporations under a parent corporation was all based on the intention, rules and edicts of our Creator. Those people were very, very enlightened people. All of them were not decent. There is a book called The Formation of the Nation which is very hard to find. There aren’t many of them around to be found. And in that book there’s an explanation of what was submitted to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia in 1787 argued, debated, tossed around until 1789. There were two plans submitted. One is referred to as the New Jersey which wasn’t submitted or put together by the New Jersey politicians. It was put together by the New York politicians who were the king’s people. They didn’t have the guts to put it in their own organization called New York so they put it in under New Jersey’s organization called the Colony of New Jersey. And then there was another plan submitted called the Pinckney Plan. It was submitted by Senator Pinckney of the Carolinas. The debate in the Constitutional Convention was to determine what parts of each one of these submissions and suggestions for a constitution would be accepted and used. Now, in order to understand what the acceptances were and how it was finally broken down then you got to go from the book called The Formation of the Nation to a book called The Federalist Papers and then you need to go read a book called The Anti-Federalist Papers because the evil side got part of what they wanted but not much. The Pinckney Plan, the honest and decent side that was more in line with God’s laws, got a good bit of what they wanted but over the years it has been perverted. The people that are in office today are no more rightfully there than the queen of England is over there in England. They are no more rightfully actually government representatives for the people as they are supposed to be but that is a minor, as the judge in that case over there viewed it, a minor part of the problem. The judge over there never actually came out and admitted that he was the problem but if you listen to and read what Dave just read it turns out to be that you will recognize that the judge was the problem. He is a part of a system of corruption. He is a part of this so-called BAR Association and as was explained in that paper it doesn’t matter if it’s the Canadian BAR Association, the European BAR Association, the American BAR Association, the Australian BAR Association, they’re all part of this England-controlled BAR Association. Let me get into this case. This is quite old. It was in 1896. Now, some lawyer today would say, ‘well, that doesn’t mean anything, it’s too old, we don’t operate that way anymore.’ That son-of-a-bitch should be hung immediately but we don’t have the balls to do that because we’re such wonderful Jewish and Christian and Islamic people that we believe we shouldn’t hurt anybody because God won’t like you if you hurt anybody. At least I don’t think it’s going to happen unless there’s enough anger developed, then maybe it will happen but I think anger might overcome this religious bullshit belief that everybody’s got
{everybody???} but for the time being because of these religious beliefs nothing is going to be done to correct any of these problems or go after these wrongdoers in the right manner. They’re not entitled to a jury trial. The evidence of their corruption is right in front of you if you’d learn how to read, not just pronounce words. But anyway, listen to these words. The people of New York—the State of New York—the case is called people which means the State of New York, v. Pierce. Pierce was an Indian. He was accused of violating a New York Statute that forbid the use of dynamite explosives in the Susquehanna River to kill fish. Even he admits that this was not a smart thing to do because you kill too many of them and there’s not enough left to breed that eventually they’ll be no fish I the river and if we did this in too many different tributaries and lakes and oceans and such that ultimately there’d be no fish to feed the people. So he admits that the idea of this statutory regulation was not wrong but the court said that the words chosen-“government sovereignty and jurisdiction” are among the broadest in the language. “Government” is the exercise “the exercise of authority in the administration of the affairs of a state”—which means government—“community” which means the governmental community “or society” which means the society of government; it is the authority, discretion and restraint exercised over the actions of men in the communities, societies or states” meaning within government. “Sovereignty” is again “the supreme absolute uncontrollable power by which any state is governed—see Cooley on Constitution—is “controlling authority, the right of making or enforcing laws or regulations and the capacity of determining the rules of action or use and exacting penalties; the function or capacity of judging or governing in general; the inherent power of decision or control.” These definitions certainly cover the case under consideration. I’m not going to read this whole case because it’s like what he said about some of those things, it’s too long. On the next page there’s another paragraph that’s rather important. The statutes forbidding the trespass upon the lands of the Indians by whites and providing for the removal of intruders have been upheld as a police regulation in People v. Dibble 16 NY Rpts, p. 203 and it seems plain that the present law may be sustained upon the same grounds. And then the judge in this lower court went right against his own words and found the guy guilty of violating a New York statute even though what he did was on the river that was within the ground of the land area that was the set aside reservation for this Indian tribe and it was for their private use, he commented within the case. He still went against his, found him guilty, punished him with a $40 fine which back in those days, 1896, was a hell of a lot of money. In order to pay that fine today you would probably need about 4000 of these phony Federal Reserve Notes. And he convicted him and sentenced him to 30 days in jail. Well, this Indian from the Seneca tribe appealed and when it got to the Court of Appeals this is what the Court of Appeals said. Now, this is what I’ve been telling you people and this is right in line with what Dave read to you, tonight, out of that case, Judge Pigpen or whatever the hell his name was, ruled the wrong way on purpose because he is the corruption. He is trying to control the people. He is not implementing the laws of God to control the society under God’s rules. He is there to make manmade laws and make money off of it and that’s exactly what the judge in this lower court had done—trying to make his forty bucks. But the upper court said, and this is way down in the—because they went through and explained all the story about he killed the fish and he used dynamite to do it. It was against the law to do that under the state statute laws. And he explained that it was in the area of the nation of the Indian tribe and their particular reservation property that
had been agreed between their tribe and the United States government to be a reservation and upon this statement of facts the defendant asked to be exempted before the justice in the lower court from the liability of the provisions of the statute cited. Upon this appeal makes the broad claim that since he is a Seneca Indian and the alleged offense was committed upon the reservation which his tribe occupies—now, keep that word in mind— the private property that they occupied, the private property that white people occupy, the private property that dark-skinned people occupy—same identical concept of law applied —which his tribe occupies therefore the legislature of the State of New York has no authority or jurisdiction over the reservation or its waters that it cannot control or restrict the right of himself or his people to take fish from the river in any manner they choose to adopt. And for this reason the act referred to is invalid and void so far as he is concerned. The Court of Appeals upheld the concept and purpose and intent of the constitutional authority of government to protect the individual private people in their private capacity. The lower court was so damned corrupt that it tried to trick him into accepting a judgment against him—the same concept as what David just read to you. We are living that same scenario of corrupt organization of these people called lawyers. I know a couple of lawyers and some of them that probably don’t realize what they’re doing and they live a reasonably nice life and they’re reasonably nice people. Now, some of them are dirty little idiots just like there’s some dirty little idiots that are cops but most of the cops are very decent people, live a normal life, don’t go out of their way to do wrong and don’t realize that some of the things that they’re told to do are wrong. A lot of the lawyers are just doing what they were taught. They don’t realize that some of the things they’re doing are wrong and they don’t realize why—because they have no more knowledge and understanding of this concept of protecting the people in their property than the man in the moon, I guess. And even the man in the moon might know a whole lot more than they do about it. It’s a real shame what is coming down but there is going to be a worldwide slaughter of these people some day. Interestingly enough this story sort of relates to the story about the tunneling devices. There is a story in the Bible and I don’t recall if it’s in the New Testament or the Old Testament or if it’s in both places but I think it’s mentioned in both places in one way or another and that is in the last days that God’s people will go into the tunnels and caves and hunt out the last of the Canaanites and kill them. That’s who we’re dealing with here, are Canaanites. Unfortunately, 85% of the population of this planet are Canaanites. The are God’s enemies. A whole lot of people belong to different religions that think that because they belong to the religion that they’re going to be saved but that’s not quite true. The Canaanites will be destroyed. Now, I’m not going to get into an explanation of who the Canaanites are. I’d probably insult quite a number of people by doing that. You’ll find out when the day is right who you are and what you are and you will be on the right of the stick or the short end of the stick when it does all come down. But anyway, that story about making the tunnels, they’re caves, and they will be hunted out of those caves and killed right in line with the same story of the corruption and why it’s so corrupt and right in line with what can be done to shut these courts down because these courts have no authority over you in your private capacity or your private property and cases like this prove it. This is referred to in the case we’ve been talking about before, Chicago Railroad v. Number one School District of Yuma County that we’ve been talking about. This case has been cited since then in 21 other cases. Now, I’m not sure I’m going to find time to read all 21 cases but we’re looking them up, we’re making copies to see how it was cited and how it was used and why it was used. So,
we’re going to be working on that, putting together something of an argument. And you know what, the guy who wrote that article that if we understood this we could shut down the courts in a couple of weeks. Well, yes, if we understood this the population probably is not capable of understanding it so the courts will keep going. And most interestingly enough, this is exactly what I have told people that this corruption is not going to be stopped by any court case. It will only be stopped against you, the individual, as it said here. Whatever manner they choose or adopt to go fishing in their waters and for these reasons the act referred to is invalid and void so far as he is concerned—as he is concerned. Ok, he’s relieved of any responsibility to those statutes that they tried to impose upon him because he has proven that they, in fact, cannot and do not apply to him because the law didn’t let it apply to him. The rule that was made called the statute or a code was intended for government only and that again is non prejudicial. Anybody can be a party to the government, even God’s people, and some of the stupid God’s people are in there. Maybe it’s a good thing they are because that might be what finally exposes some of this stuff. But most of the people that are in government are God’s enemies that He keeps talking about throughout the Bible. They are not going to set this right by any one major decision. The are only going to relieve Mr. Hill or whatever his name was that was involved in that case over there. They only relieved Mr. Pierce who was involved in this case over here. They will only relieve any individual here in America that knows how to go into court and show that they had no authority over him and his private property because it goes back to their constitutional limitations and he’s going to have to take it to a high court. He’s not going to get it done in the low court. He’s going to have to at least appeal it to the Court of Appeals and maybe beyond that to the Supreme Court. We don’t have time for all this really. Because of the corruption of the lower courts and the corruption of the whole legal system we really don’t have time for this. This system is falling into the bankruptcy that the exgovernor of Colorado spoke of occurring in order to bring down the present government systems that exist by bankrupting everything and then leading into a third world war. That’s the plan. They’re going to make it work and they’re going to get it done before any of us can really do much of anything about it except enlighten other people. Even some of the Canaanites are going to be enlightened and they’re not so darned evil as some of the other Canaanites and they will begin to stand up against the rest of the Canaanites and if you read the Bible it says they’ll fight amongst themselves and kill each other. {If you read what happened to France in the French Revolution and to Russia during the Russian Revolution (banker financed) you’ll see that eventually that’s exactly what happened— they fed themselves into the guillotine. France was almost completely depopulated in the French Revolution. The Khazarian over-class in Russia was depopulating Russia (mostly through their favorite weapon—deliberate starvation—sound familiar??). Finally Stalin caught on and was turning on the Khazars. The Khazars found out that Stalin was coming down on them and since Stalin’s wife was a Khazarian the orders went out from the Khazar Bankers in New York City to do Stalin in and Stalin’s wife, a doctor, promptly complied.} That’s really not funny—I don’t know why I’m laughing about it. That we have to sit back and watch and let this happen but we need to instigate it. We need to bring it forth. We need to expose the truth and you know what, it’s starting to come out. In those two e-mails particularly, the one about the case in England, the one about the tunnels being drilled, it’s exposing a good bit of the corruption of this government and the self consideration, the selfishness of the people, that are government. They’re only concerning about themselves.
They made these places to hide. They got it barred off so the rest of us can’t get in there if there was some kind of a calamity. And, by the way, think of the calamities that have occurred in this country in this week and three or four weeks ago in this country during the course of about a week. I know you don’t get much news from foreign countries. Once in a great while the weather channel will give you some information about some terrible weather conditions occurring in other parts of the world and they have to be really terrible in order for them to bring it up but these types of weather situations, earthquakes, volcanic activities are occurring all over the planet. The planet is becoming very adverse to man. It is erupting against mankind. And the reason it is, is because most of mankind is cooperating with this evil, this negativity and our Creator is very positive and the positive will overpower the negative. And as a matter of fact, it’s using the negativity to destroy the negativity—interesting approach that I finally figured out that our Creator’s doing. Storms are a negative energy and using the storms to destroy all kinds of things to break down the structures of cities and towns and villages and countries and it’s happening just as the governor of Colorado explained in other manners that it’s happening in many, many other countries. They’re being broken down by all kinds of approaches. Some of them are from the evil and some of them are the retaliation by our Creator against the evil. Eventually, it’s going to cause bankruptcy of all these nations. The systems of money will collapse. They don’t be able to reorganize them because the people will have lost respect for their governments and their moneys so it won’t be able to reorganize. And any idea that living in the city will be the best place to be is an absolutely wrong implication to lead people to think. I don’t care how it worked during monetary times in Argentina or some other place like that. Here in this country and throughout most of the countries of the world it will not be safe to be in the cities. There will be no food brought into the cities. That story about the tunneling machines told you that they are storing all this food for themselves. They’re not going to ship it to the cities. There’s not going to be any money in circulation to pay for gasoline or to pay drivers to distribute any of this kind of stuff. It’s going to be there for government people in the hiding places they made for government people and that’s all that’s going to be there for. It will not be distributed anywhere until the people go in there and kill these Canaanites that are hiding in these caves and take it. And then they’re only going to take it a little ways because there’ll be no way to transport it. There’ll be no gasoline available, no money to pay anything or anybody. There’ll be a very few people that’ll get an advantage out of it. The rest of them are going to have to figure out how to get by on their own with what little resources of knowledge that they have on how to feed themselves from the wild—will be some very, very interesting times and I guarantee you that if somebody doesn’t kill you, you’ll probably be killing yourselves. There will be many, many suicides. If there isn’t any electricity do you know that most people wouldn’t think that life is worth living? But when the money collapses there’ll be no electricity because there’ll be nobody to work the generating plants and maintain the electricity. There won’t be any so when you plug in your television and it doesn’t work life won’t be worth living. Bye, I don’t think our Creator needed you anyway. Nothing will be able to be done about these kinds of situations. {kind of reminds you of when the Tower of Babel forced people to migrate apart and since technology was often left behind most of them went primitive to survive and only certain groups were able to eventually bootstrap themselves into high technology again.} We still have some time to get this type of knowledge like that e-mail that he read about the case in England, like information on these two cases, People
v. Pierce and Chicago Railroad v. (Confederate Reprint Company)} The attempt by those who wanted power to control everything was being implemented all the way back in those days. There is nothing new under the sun. The state you live in and what they do is not any worse than the state right next to you or across the country from you—they’re all doing it {your globalists at work} and it’s not just this country. It’s being done in all the other countries. All the countries have adopted the same uniform system of laws to regulate commerce all around the country way back in the eighties. {the Khazarians are in all those governments so one should not be surprised.} In the law library in Maryland I started looking up the basic concept and structure of laws in foreign countries like France and Germany and Italy and the South African developed countries and Japan. Couldn’t find much on China but I found some stuff on Japan. Found stuff on New Zealand and [Australia]. They have all formulated the same basic concept of laws regulating commerce and attempted to apply them to everybody and get everybody under the law of commerce and not protect the people and their right of privacy and their right to accomplish things on their own, to maintain whatever you could create and to make progress by developing things without government interference. They’ve all done it. There is no country that is not involved in this scam and basic kind of control to control and regulate the people living somewhere near where these governments were created. 01:47:15.178 {01:52:55.000} [caller] On that subject I was talking to a friend that I made. He does a lot of court stuff and he said that he was able to get a judge mad enough and talked to him afterwards that the judge told him he would never accept any court citation prior to 1938. [Howard] That’s correct.
[caller] When he was able to talk to another judge friend that he had made he told him that it was because of the bankruptcy, the state bankruptcy that they put onto this country and so that would be saying…that are prior to 1938 that’s why judges always never comply with any Supreme Court decisions prior to 1938. He told him that if he had any
citations to go by from thirty-eight on he would listen to him but he would never take anything prior to 1938 so he lost his case. [Howard] He would never take it into consideration—do you know why 1938 is such an important date? [caller] Why is that?
[Howard] Because of the Erie Railroad v. Tompkins decision which was based on the doing away with gold in 1933 and it took until 1938 to finally get a case into court and bring it all the way up to the Supreme Court for the Supreme Court that we could no longer use the common law. The Constitution would have no relevancy. From now on everything will have to be under law and equity. And, of course, I’m sure very few people could understand what that meant because you would say, ‘what do you mean they did away with the common law but everything would have to be under law and equity.’ Well, that’s the other form of law besides common law. Admiralty/maritime, isn’t it? Now, equity was created in England many, many centuries ago to correct the wrongs that couldn’t be corrected in the common law courts. It was related only to common law and the law on the land which is what the common law was created for, was the law on the land. It had nothing to do with admiralty. In 1938 the court ruled that from now on equity would function right along with admiralty law. So it’s now under law and equity in admiralty but not law in common law and the Constitution would have no substance meaning and that was the decision of the Erie Railroad case in 1938 and that’s why they will not look at any cases beyond that. But I’ll tell you how you can get them to look at cases beyond that. You create a history. You get this case that’s back in 1896 and then you get the Chicago case—I forget what the date was on that but it’s prior to 1938. It was something like 1920s or something like that. I don’t recall exactly. And then you look up these other cases that I just mentioned tonight that it has been mentioned in 21 other cases and we’re looking up those other cases and a lot of them come up past 1938. So it creates a history of this being respected as law from then all the way through till now and the only difference between then and now is the corruption by lawyers that led to the problem that we are bringing before the court because they’re not respecting the law. They didn’t back then in the lower courts. They don’t now and we’re suffering with this corruption and you have no authority —the courts have said so. You follow me? [caller] Yeah. Because that’s what’s going on right now too with….Patriot Act. They found out that the FBI is abusing the Patriot Act by going to the local police and asking for people who have guns and…and so I can kind of... of what you are talking about today to that. That’s complete….but he’s still using the….keep that from going…. That’s what’s going on, right now, in Congress. [Howard] [caller] Speaking of…you did say Rand Paul—right? Yes.
[Howard] He brought this up. This is Ron Paul’s son. I got to wonder what the hell is going on with Ron Paul. Maybe he’s trying to throw everything over to his son. You know what that idiot came out with on the news yesterday? Anybody hear the news? Did you hear what Ron Paul said? I can tell you one thing. I will not speak good for Ron Paul ever again, not after what I heard him say. He is strongly suggesting that the nation sell its gold reserves to pay off the debt in Federal Reserve notes. He was in the news yesterday—think it was—the day before if it wasn’t yesterday—making this statement that the government, this nation called the United States should sell off its gold reserves in order to get the money to pay off its national debt. [caller] [caller] Which is ridiculous because we’re going to be in it right back the next day. Well, he must have been off his medication.
[Howard] Yeah, well I’ll tell you whatever his problem is unless his intent is to throw everything into the hands of his son to come up and say no that’s not the right… Maybe he’s creating an internal argument. I don’t know. If that’s what he’s doing—fine. But if that’s what he really meant to be done then that’s the last good thing I’ll ever say for Ron Paul. 01:59:43.278 {02:02:17.000} [Jim] Howard, I sent you an e-mail on that Hague stuff, did you ever get it with the case number? [Howard] Yes. Yes, Jim I got it. It came the other day. I haven’t had a whole lot of time to read it because I’ve really been working on this Pierce case and a couple of other ones related to it. And now that we got that, now I know where the corruption is and how to explain it. I just need some of those newer cases to create that whole history to show that they corrupted it all these years. It’s nothing different that the law is still the same and that that is the breach of fiduciary duty. And then that was a beautiful explanation that was in there about how the complaint was put together and what had to be in it. [Jim] Are you talking about the case notes …?
[Howard] The explanation of the complaint that was in there. I only got started reading the explanation of the complaint, the first two or three pages. I think it’s about three pages long. [Jim] Yeah, and what I was going to do is I’m going to finish up… Each one of those sections had other information that I wanted to copy but I ran out of time so I’m going to go back and I’m going to start pulling up all the rest of the information from all those case…so people will find something more in there besides what I… [Howard] [Jim] Ok. I’ve been so busy and feeling bad and I don’t know how many of you might have heard me on Monday night’s call talking about my friend that fell and got hurt but I’ve been a little bit busy running to the hospital and helping his family. He got hurt real bad. . . . {02:24:09.000} [Howard] I think when they expatriate they expatriate from any of these corporations that are organized as a government and they patriate themselves to these private corporations that are being utilized by government to run certain government functions because what governments are doing all around the world seems to be privatizing. Instead of the government doing what it’s supposed to do it’s allowing somebody like me, an entrepreneur with a little pile of money to create a corporation, organize people to work in that corporation and handle certain functions that government was supposed to handle like the Department of Motor Vehicles. Well, guess what, as a private organization I can coerce you through one of my agents to cooperate and sign up with this corporation and there is no government restriction or constitutional restriction that applies to my private corporation, it applies to the government. The government cannot create a Department of Motor Vehicles and operate it in the wrong manner and make you sign your own private automobile up with the Department of Motor Vehicles. But a private corporation can force you to do anything. [caller] So you’re violating actual constitutional rights by what he would be doing so he had to enter a different entity… [Howard] [caller] That’s right. I think you were talking about the secretary of State…
[caller] Yeah, it’s one of those high offices and I thought, wow, and I thought, ‘well, gee, I also read on-line one time a gentleman was speaking at the state, they have the right to give citizenship to who they choose to give it to or deny citizenship and the federal government couldn’t make them stop giving citizenship or deny citizenship or they couldn’t take a person’s United States citizenship, I should say, away from them also. They were born here but unless you didn’t want it. Is there a way to expatriate from the corporation and retain your California or other state citizenship? [Howard] No. No, absolutely not. The State of California is an agency of the United States. If you are associated in any way through any type of commercial contract with the State of California then you’re associated with its parent corporation, the United States. As a matter of fact, these stupid people with this state citizenship crap that they came out with. I guess as much as ten years ago some morons were professing this crap. ‘I’m a state citizen but I’m not a United States citizen.’ These people are a perfect example of my complaint that we can’t read. The 14th Amendment says, ‘all persons born or naturalized in
the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state in which they reside. Don’t you see the connection? School teachers think the Department of Education is not part of government—they don’t work for the government—they work for the Department of Education. If you’re part of the state by commercial contract of any kind with the commerce of the state then you are also associated with the state’s parent corporation called the United States who the state is in commerce with.
