What’s the first thing that comes to mind when somebody mentions “Las Vegas”? Sure it’s best known for its eye catching sites and gambling, however; the “City of Sin” also has tons of 24 hour food spots that attract just as much attention. Below is a list of 24 hour restaurants that will cater to your every craving, any time of the day or night in Las Vegas. Tommy Rocker’s Cantina & Grill: Tommy Rocker’s is not your average 24 hour restaurant as it has tendencies to get a “lil’ wild”. On weekends the place turns into a “zoo” as you can get on their well lit stage and sing and dance. The high energy atmosphere of Tommy Rocker’s can be compared to a club vibe. Their vast selection of food combos, such as Ribs, burgers, fajitas and more can all be purchased for a reasonable amount (under $13). This is a great to place to go to if you are in groups of 3 or more because they also give half off discounts on cocktails and other drinks. The outdoor seating arrangement comes in great for those looking to enjoy the Vegas weather day or night. Location: 4275 Dean Martin Dr. Phone: 702-261-6688 Price: (Under $13) Mr. Lucky’s 24/7 Café at the Hard Rock: If you’re into big sandwiches, grilled burgers and specialty pizza, Mr. Lucky’s is the place for you. Mr. Lucky’s is usually filled with tons of young people ranging from ages (14-23). The excellent selections of combo platters they have are served to you in a quick amount of time. All of the servers seem to be very knowledgeable of the menu items as they don’t mind explaining in lots of detail about the appearance and taste of the food. Go on the right day and try one of their extra combo plates such as the Gamblers Special, which come with steak, shrimp, salad, baked potatoes and soup all for $8.95. Mr. Lucky never closes; they’re even open on holidays! Location: 4455 Paradise Rd. Phone: 702-693-5000 Price: ($4-16) Mermaid Restaurant and Lounge at Silverton: Mermaid Restaurant and Lounge is really a piece of art you have to experience. Literally, the whole place is a work of art! When you first walk in there’s an 117,000 gallon aquarium with over 4,000 tropical fish on display. Live mermaid shows are performed on the daily every hour by former Olympic swimmers. If you head over to the bar, you can get their super intoxicating drinks and see an undersea jellyfish tank. The mermaid fin chairs combined with seashell shaped menus give you that underwater feeling, literally. One thing I must mention about this restaurant is that all the waitresses are “BEAUTIFUL”, not an understatement! The menu is packed with a mix of meat and seafood dishes. For dessert try their fried Twinkie or chocolate submerged brownies. You’re guaranteed to get service with a smile at the Mermaid Restaurant. Location: 3333 Blue Diamond Rd. Phone: 702-263-7777 Price: ($15-30) Agave Comida Y Tequila: Named after the plant used to make tequila, Agave Comida Y Tequila isn’t your typical Mexican restaurant. Walking thru the door is like getting a hug due to their friendly service. The live bands on weekends enhance the feel of the place, which specializes in top notch Margaritas. Even if you show up and all the seats are filled, the wait time still isn’t all that long. They also offer lots of samples of their authentic Mexican food. Most combo plates are not over $10!

Location: 10820 W Charleston Blvd Phone: 702-214-3500 Price: ($10-16) Fatburger: Known for being an East Coast burger chain, Las Vegas has adopted the popular big burger restaurant. Fatburger excels at quarter pound burgers and offers a selection of “fat” and “skinny” fries so be sure to let them know what you want. The old school jukebox features a big selection of jazz music. Although this place is a little pricier than other burger joints, it’s well worth it since the ingredients are fresher than fresh. For those than aren’t into beef, they also have some of the best turkey burgers. Besides the normal burger combo meals, they offer breakfast and specialty burritos. Location: 3763 Las Vegas Blvd Phone: 702-736-4733 Price: ($6-10) Grand Lux Café: Walking into the Grand Lux Café you will notice all the high decorative ceilings along with gracious table platforms made of marble. While the prices may be higher in this restaurant than others, the big portions and strong cocktails make it worth it! You can start off your meal with fresh fruit plates or with one of the inexpensive appetizers. You can choose from the breakfast buffet, lunch buffet or the late night menu which features extra dishes. Try the Jambalaya or Pot Roast to understand what I mean by BIG portions. The service is faster than fast due to their huge waiting staff. Grand Lux Café is also connected to The Cheesecake Factory which features some of the best desserts known to man. Other positives for the Grand Lux Café involve valet parking and social cooks. Yes, the cooks come right to your table and tell you about the dish you ordered if you want them to. Location: 3355 Las Vegas Blvd Phone: 702-414-3888 Price: ($13-25) Bootlegger Bistro: Bootlegger Bistro is one of the best Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. The interior of Bistro’s is surrounded by low lighting with black and white photos of Bootlegger’s older generation. The people that fill the seats are usually big families looking for a night out and couples looking for romantic adventures. The menu is flooded with pastas, salads, pizzas and calzones. The staff is very clear about what’s in all the dishes and boast that Bistro has over 200 great wines, some under $20 a bottle. Another plus for Bistro’s is they have live music EVERYNIGHT! This keeps the place packed most of the time so you may endure a 10-15 minute wait if you don’t have reservations. The best thing in my opinion is their Spaghetti and Meatballs which is served on the biggest platter I’ve ever seen! Location: 7700 Las Vegas Blvd Phone: 702-736-4939 Price: ($7-14) Steaks ($2030) POPS (Pride of Philly Steak): The interior of POPS is what you would expect of a Philly cheese steak restaurant, straight to the point! No it’s not covered in artistic decorative art, no it’s not sugar coated with futuristic gadgets, it’s the Philly experience…..just in Vegas. This is the perfect place to be if you’re a fan of outdoor settings and cheese steaks. Their sweet potato fries and Buffalo wings have won numerous “Best tasting” awards. There’s a chance that the line could stretch around the block to eat at POPS so it’s best to bring the kid’s in the daytime instead of at night. Although prices for cheese steaks can reach up to $10 or more, the quick and efficient

service makes it worth it. And with the typical Philly lingo, you can order your cheese steaks “Wit” or “Witout” cheese (not a spelling error, they don’t use “h”). Location: 501 S Decatur Blvd Phone: 702-878-6444 Price: ($10-15) Café Bellagio: Café Bellagio is known as the “24/7 Coffee Shop”. With a great view of the pool and numerous gardens, Café Bellagio has a big variety of food on their menu. The wait time may vary depending on what the traffic is like, however; you can branch off to play games such as Keno and Jackpot Spin to make the time fly by. Café Bellagio has a morning and lunch buffet that stays crowded on the daily. The food presentation and service at Café Bellagio is best of the best. The take-out menu is also a treat since you can mix and match all types of items to make a full meal. Location: 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd Phone: 702-693-7223 Price: ($14-20) Peppermill Inn: The Peppermill may seem a little old fashion and out of date when it comes to all the other big sites and hotels in Vegas, but it has some of the best food! HUGE is the name of the game at Peppermill because their food portions are HUGE. Each meal you order comes on a big platter with enough food to fill up a whole football team. Well maybe not that much, but you get the point. The extensive breakfast and lunch menu make it easy for you to decide and still be versatile about what you get. The Peppermill has adapted to the Vegas setting, for it now includes huge neon signs and the bar features multiple video screens. The waiters and waitresses add onto the friendly atmosphere since they are full of life! Location: 2985 S Las Vegas Blvd Phone: 702-735-4177 Price: ($8-30)
