DESC+.*T.ON: ow a day( there is a lot of re)uirement to control the appliances in an industry or in a home connected to the power grid when we are wor*ing with our PC. +n these situations we need to go to the place where the power grid has been situated which is a time consuming process. The main aim of the present project is to provide a facility by which we can control all the appliances connected to the power grid li*e bulbs( fans( T,( fridge( and air cooler etc. from your PC or from your laptop at a distance of &-meters around the control board. The only thing is we need to connect a !F remote transmitter to your PC and a control board to the power control section of home. +n this system the wireless communication lin* is made possible between the !F remote and the control board with the help of !F communication. !F is ideal for effective and long distance wireless communication. The !F remote receives the commands from the PC through the serial communication lin* and is transmitted in to the air. .ere the command denotes the on or off conditions of the home appliances. $ach and every device connected to the power grid has its own separate command for the on and off conditions.

This receives the commands transmitted by the transmitter and are given to the microcontroller.
