There has been great development in technology.This has resulted in in invention of many gadgets and cell phones is one of them. Despite its usefulness ,execessive use of this device has negative impacts .A person suffring from such a phenomeonon is reffred to as a cell phone addict.

Mobile telephones for automobiles became available from some telephone companies in the 1940s. Early devices were bulky and consumed high power and the network supported only a few simultaneous conversations. In the United States, engineers from Bell Labs began work on a system to allow mobile users to place and receive telephone calls from automobiles, leading to the inauguration of mobile service on June 17, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri



Dr Martin Cooper, a Motorola researcher and executive made the first phone call from a handheld mobile phone on April 3, 1973.

Switch off while study Put away cell phone out of sight Check how much time you spend on mobile Use of notepad rather then using cell phones Be with that person instead of conversation Use only if you have no option



Cell phone has many feature which made our life easy but their execcesive use may lead to pshycological and physical problem .Use cell phone as per the need only.
