Position Summary : To plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of organization & overseeing
the safety of the personnel, security of material and information of the organization. He develops and
enforce security policies to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.

• !onitor &uilding and rene'al of development 'or( to enhance effectiveness, also ma(e sure
environmental, health, and security standards are maintained as per government rule and regulations.
• )esponsi&le for recruiting clerical, security and administrative personnel in co*ordination 'ith H)
department.
• uide and assist the supportive services division.
• )esponsi&le for managing all administrative activities.
• !anage administrative policy planning, evaluation and application.
• !onitor administrative staff for proficient and effective performance.
• "eep an eye on programmatic policies, legislative and operations including strategic planning, economic
gro'th and service department.
• Assess fiscal and personnel management functions to ensure compliance 'ith government rules and
regulations.
• !onitor facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and 'ell maintained.
• #lan, administer and control &udgets for admin and +ecurity.
• #erform overall management of administrative functions.
• Chec(s the availa&ility of all his su&ordinates, their time (eeping, conduct and attention to duties.
• Coordinate administrative policy development, interpretation, and implementation.
