Adobe parners mus no offer, give, promise or auhorize any bribe, gif, loan, ee, reward or oher advanage o any governmen official or employee, any cusomer, any Adobe employee or any oher person o obain any business advanage or improperly influence any acion or decision. Adobe business partners must comply with all applicable international anti-corruption laws and regulations, including he U.S. Foreign Corrup Pracices Ac. • CONFLICTS CONFLICTS OF INTEREST Adobe business parners mus avoid any siuaion or relaionship ha may involve an inappropriae conflic or he appearance o a conflic wih he ineress o Adobe. Adobe business parners shall no offer or provide excessive gifs, hospialiy or enerainmen o any Adobe employee or amily member o Adobe employees. CODE OF CONDUC   Labor Sandards Adobe expecs our business parners o rea heir own employees airly in accordance wih local laws and regulaions regarding labor and employmen, and o pursue he ollowing principles: • INVOLUNTAR INVOLUNTARY Y LABOR Employmen wih Adobe business parners should be an expression o ree choice and here may be no orced, bonded or involunary labor. Adobe business parners should allow workers o disconinue employmen upon reasonable noice. • CHILD LABOR   Adobe business parner parnerss should should no use child labor and Adobe business business parners should adop adop procedures procedures o veriy and mainain main ain documenaion ha no workers are younger han he local legal age or employmen. Adobe business parners mus ollow all applicable local laws, regulaions and sandards concerning working hours and condiions or all workers.
