1. People are more connected and can share information or conduct business 24/7.

The advantage of this is that progress is faster and it is easier so that it can make things better. It partially benefits one side of society if you can have access to a computer. people who do not have a computer or internet might not feel the benefit. also normal people may not like 24 hour business. to make it better people could work in shifts or turns.

3. As we experience more and more online or telephone voting systems, ICT may bring about changes to the way we conduct our politics, perhaps making us feel that we can engage more easily with politics.

the advantage is that people could vote from the comfort of their own home and be more up to date with the politics. it benefits everyone because people can get more comfortable and informed. people who do not have access to communication media may not feel the advantage or also some politicians. to make the benefits felt you could provide a way f mass communication to anyone.

5. Monitoring by close circuit television (CCTV) can lead to reductions in crime. It can also enable face recognition in large crowds.

the advantage to this is that it makes it all safer and criminals can be recognized. this just favors some people. the people who are committing crime will not feel an advantage with this. the people who do not feel an advantage are people who live in places with no CCTV. so that the advantages could be felt by all crime must be reduced.
