Apartments, Sector-34, Noida (U.P.) aged _______ years, do hereby solemnly
affirm and declare as under:1.

That the deponent is the owner of House No. 26A, Block MIG GH01,
Sector-100, situated in Noida, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P.

That deponent has not done any unauthorized construction on flat/house.

If
unauthorized
construction
or
any
other
activities
i.e.
commercial/industrial/institutional, other than residential, use is found at any
stage, the authority has right to cancel the lease deed without giving any
notice to the allottee and there will be no objection in revocation of lease
deed.
