sector organization in Pakistan. (20)

Q. 2 Communication is linked in the total quality management process. Do you agree with this statement
or not? Discuss your answer with agreements in the light of banking sector in Pakistan. (20)

Q. 3 How does employees’ empowerment contribute to quality improvement? Explain the three
conditions of employees’ empowerment and its contribution to TQM in the services organization.

strategies to handle these problems effectively and efficiently in the view of manufacturing
