Dear Secretary, I would like to inform that Mr. Muhammad Zubair Zafar has been working as my Private Secretary since long. Presently, I have been elected as Chairman Standing Committee on Livestock & Dairy Products. 2. Regarding posting of staff, I am recommending Mr. Muhammad Zubair Zafar for
posting as my Private Secretary with immediate effect. Moreover, I authorize Mr. Muhammad Zubair Zafar to deal with all my official matters in capacity as my Private Secretary. 3. Respectable Madam Speaker, I have so many security threats and few times
attacked by terrorists being a Ex – Chief Minister Balochistan. So I can’t trust and rely on any other person especially as my Private Secretary. Therefore I refuse to take any person as my Private Secretary and I am requesting to you to take it as a special case and appoint Mr. Muhammad Zubair Zafar as my Private Secretary. Thanking you.
