Full Time Attorney
We are currently seeking a full-time attorney in OH, IN, SC, NC, TX, NJ, MA,
MD, and MI. to assist with various complex collection cases, including
Medicaid eligibility and appeals, guardianship and probate matters, and related
civil litigation. Preference given to those with multiple bars (or ability to waive
in to additional bars). Attorney will be required to train in South Carolina
office, but can work remotely thereafter, with eligibility for benefits after 90
days. Salary competitive.
Collection Attorney
We are also accepting applications for a 2-3 year attorney in TX and NJ with
demonstrated experience in collections, settlement negotiations, probate
work, drafting mortgages and settlement agreements, obtaining default
judgments, UFTA litigation, demand letters and experience with the FDCPA
and similar state statutes. Preference given to those with multiple bars (or
ability to waive in to additional bars). Salary competitive.
