Book John Bunyan for your party cruise
The Bedford Community Boat is a brand new purpose built passenger boat. It is 22m (72ft) long and 3m (10ft) wide and will carry up to 60 passengers. The boat is equipped with an access lift and a toilet wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The boat is available for charter cruises on the Great Ouse at Bedford for community groups, coach operators, school groups and for private party hire including Christmas Parties and Wedding Cruises. Seating arrangements are flexible. For parties and discos chairs can be cleared. (Contact us to discuss your seating requirements.) Prices are dependent on the length of the cruises, which can be tailored to your requirements, and on the season. Prices start at £190 for daytime cruises, with additional charges for night cruises. The boat is based at Priory Marina and there is free parking in an area which we suggest could be a good starting point. Various other pick up and set down points can be agreed. As well as the three cruises shown, longer cruises going as far as Willington Lock or Great Barford can be arranged either as a one way or a return journey. Arrangements can be made with local eating establishments to include refreshments at the end or during the journey. For more information please contact the Bedford Community Boat by e-mail [email protected] or call 0800 3282 803 from landlines, or 03301239 511 from a mobile or go to our website www.b-mkwaterway.org.uk
