The Serenity Hotel
Hotel industry is considered to be one of the fastest growing industries in the country today. Well-known for its world- class hospitality, Filipinos must capitalize in this sector to show that we are indeed one of those developed country not just in Asia but in the world as well. Hospitality industry do not just focus on world class accommodations among tourists but it also invests on leisure and wellness of its clients that includes casinos, wellness spa and venues for entertainment events such as concerts and others.

Environmental Scanning:
Opportunities: Philippines is blessed with its natural resources that we can be proud of with the rest of countries the world. With wide array of beaches, islands and other breathtaking attractions, we are considered to be a haven for every tourist, making us the top priority among other countries. The current boost of our economy today as evidenced by a current growth in the number of investors as well as increased number of tourists that flocked our country is also a great opportunity for our local hoteliers to broaden their horizons. Included in the opportunities of this industry is the massive campaign of our government in the tourism as they launched the “Choose Philippines” campaign that gives an impression to our future clients .Also with the current trend in the social media today, we were able to reach out with the global market in a less cost . Threats: External threats would include fierce competition among our neighboring Asian countries such as Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore as well as to those subsidiary hotels of international brands such as Hilton Hotel. The unstable political scenario in the country must also be given attention as well as unfinished projects of highways, drainage systems and other facilities that might be a turn off to our clients.

Strengths: Internal strengths would be an effective and efficient chain of command with a company culture that is committed to service. A world-class service that is beyond compare with a well-trained staffs and employees that is equipped with values that transcends beyond client’s expectations. Weaknesses: Equipments and facilities that cannot compete globally with other international hotels would be a weakness of the company as well as not enough financial resources that would be used in further physical and structural improvements of the hotel. Also,lack of service and product innovations that would increase revenues and be a globally competitive hotel would affect its operations.

To be the most preferred and trusted hotel with the best quality of service in the country.

To provide a meaningful and memorable experience to all our customers in every aspect of their stay.

1. Our clients are our top priority. 2. Each employee of The Serenity Hotel is expected to observe the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all his/her business dealings.. 3..Employees are required to ensure that any sensitive information which they obtain by reason of their employment is not miss-used, whether by suppliers, their competitors or competitors of The Serenity Hotel

.4. Management and employees are not allowed to be involved in outside employment/business interests in conflict or in potential conflict with the businesses of The Serenity Hotel. 5. Employees must place highest priority on promoting and preserving their own health and safety as well as that of fellow employees, customers and other third parties with whom they come in contact in the course of their Board

membership/directorship/employment.

Projects:
The Serenity Hotel’s Projects Include: * Establish full-service solutions for events and occasions like weddings and seminars to our clients, with the vision of setting a unique service from its competitors. * Capitalize safety measures and gadgets with the mission of ensuring every customers welfare and safety. *Provide not just a venue for leisure and entertainment but establish wellness clinics and other health beneficial facilities to its clients.

Programs:
The following are programs that could help make the stated projects into reality 1. Continuous improvement and innovation of the services and amenities being offered. 2. Customized approach to our clients. 3. Systematic improvement in staff awareness and skills. 4. Reduction of the negative environmental impact.

Procedures:

In order for the company to fully achieve its vision and mission, the following procedures were formulated: 1. Designing our services and products in a way that could address every clie nt’s needs that make them feel cherished and important. 2. Responding in every clients need and requirements in a competent, accurate and timely fashion. 3. Bringing out the best in all our staffs and other employees by effective training, meaningful career and personal development. 4. Capitalize on our marketing through the internet with the use of social media to attract more clients here and abroad. 5. Minimizing our waste, energy and water usage and putting into practice the three R’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle whenever possible.
