BENEFITS OF ONLINE JEE MAIN

1. Candidate gets extra time to study. For eg. this year also JEE Main offline was
on 7
th
April and candidates giving exam in online mode had to choose a date
between 8
th
April to 25
th
April.
2. Since online exam is after pen and paper based offline exam you get to know the
paper pattern and difficulty level.
3. There is no need to fill any OMR. You just have to tick the correct option on the
computer screen. This saves a lot of time.
4. Candidate can change the answer even after marking. This is not possible in
OMR once an option is marked since OMR has to be filled by pen only.
5. Candidate gets more rough space in online exam. Separate blank rough sheets
are provided. In offline mode rough space is not sufficient on question paper.
6. Candidate will get online exam centre within Mumbai. These days there is no
centre in Mumbai which is conducting offline exam for JEE Main. You will have to
go to Thane, Pune or Nasik and that too based on centre allotment by JEE
authorities.
7. Candidate will get good air conditioned computer lab for giving JEE Main in
online mode which is very comfortable and releases the last day pressure a lot.
8. This will also help candidates in other National level competitive exams like
BITSAT, VITEEE and after the college degree GMAT and CAT.
