JOINT MOTION TO DISMISS


WHEREAS, Plaintiff Innovative Display Technologies LLC (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants
Best Buy Co., Inc.; Best Buy Stores, L.P.; BestBuy.com, LLC; and Best Buy Purchasing, LLC
(collectively, “Best Buy”) have resolved Plaintiff’s claims for relief against Best Buy and Best
Buy’s counterclaims for relief against Plaintiff asserted in this case.
NOW, THEREFORE, Plaintiff and Best Buy, through their attorneys of record, request
this Court to dismiss Plaintiff’s claims for relief against Best Buy with prejudice and Best Buy’s
claims, defenses or counterclaims for relief against Plaintiff without prejudice, and with all
attorneys’ fees, costs of court and expenses, with respect to all claims solely between them,
borne by the party incurring same.
