Applicant submit Application Form at Section Office Concern after necessary work done

Date of receipt & received by whom should be clearly written.

Section Office check appln forms, take measurement, fill-up data & forwarded to SDO

Form should be checked thoroughly by JE.

SDO check forms and then forwarded to EE for approval

EE checked and approved the application and sent back to SDO

Approval no & Date important.

Entry of Applicant’s data in New application window of Power MBC and prepare new service connection bill by SDO

Data entry continue & Neces. Bill is Prepared.

Applicant make Payment and Test energymeter

Validity of Appln after payment is for one year only. Consumer No. is automatically generated. The appln. form etc will be kept at SDO and only required data for section will be furnish through S/C order. New Consumer enter in Reading book along with initial reading and date of installation

SDO added all necessary applicant’s data in Power MBC and issue Service Connection release order

JE execute release order and submit Meter installed data to SDO. Also make necessary entry to Meter Reading book

Update data in Power MBC and then complete data process for new consumer
