Dear Sir/Madam,
I received your letter of 15 June, 2013 and now I am writing to book a holiday in your hotel
between 21st July and 28th July. So I would like to book 2 double rooms with air-conditioning and
sea view for 7 nights. We are planning to arrive by the early flight on the 21 st July, so I wonder if
you could provide airport transfer for us by 12:20.
As I said in my previous letter, we would like to have half-board catering. We have an additional
request, we would need vegetarian food for a friend of mine. I hope it will not be a burden for you
to arrange that.
As for payment arrangements, I would like to pay by credit transfer. Could you please let me know
how much deposit I should pay at this stage and also send me the account number I should transfer
the money to.

earliest convenience.
