Although the article ‘Unspeakable Horror at Boston Marathon’ at World Net Daily on April 15th states: "This is Patriot’s Day, which commemorates the battles of Lexington and Concord, fought near Boston in 1775. Patriot’s Day is annually held on the third Monday of April." In consideration of Islamist jihadist's well established historical propensity for dedicating their dastardly deeds unto certain dates, it would be wiser to look at what the date April 15th represents in Islamic history if we hope to better understand our Islamic enemy.

Muslims have an affinity for anniversaries of battles in their cult’s history. Remember the Jihadist fighters who Obama's State Dept. had contracted to provide local security around the facility where Ambassador Stevens was taken prisoner—they called themselves ‘The February 29th Martyrs Brigade’ in commemoration of ANOTHER ATTACK ON AN EMBASSY—the Italian embassy where they had killed the Italian Ambassador on Feb. 29th! I recall that the brilliant investigative journalist Diana West exposed the insanity of hiring a group of jihadists to guard a U.S. facility in Benghazi—one can only wonder if they've changed their name to ‘The September 11th Martyrs Brigade’ yet. Sept. 11th is a very special date within the murderous Muslim mindset.
Persons of interest presently being sought by law enforcement in the Boston bombings.

Perhaps the following information might prove helpful in understanding why the Massacre in Boston occurred on April 15th:

In it, a voice offers to cease terrorist operations in European countries which withdraw their troops from Muslim nations. The tape includes a vow of revenge on Israel and the United States for the death of Hamas leader, Ahmed Yassin. (Khaleej Times)" The CIA claims to have determined that the voice on the tape is likely to be bin Laden. European Commission President Romano Prodi rejects negotiation under a "terrorist threat". Often times there is significance attached to the date upon which Muslims choose to execute their murderous militant jihadist operations—a subtext to the metaphorical voice behind the acoustic report of an explosive device that speaks louder than words.
Perhaps the date of April 15th was chosen as a reverberation of the pan-Islamic insistence that so-called ‘infidel’ peoples ‘withdraw their troops from Muslim nations.’ Perhaps that was the message being sent this time.
Now we can expect the so-called "moderate" Muslims to come on all the Liberalsocialist television networks and tell the American Public that Islam is a religion of peace.

Everything that the so-called 'moderate' Muslims say that the Koran says about peace is true; they simply fail to tell you that all those nice things are written in the first part of the Koran and that they are abrogated by everything that is written later in the Koran—the text which promotes horrific violence against non-Muslims. The early verses were written when the fictional character Mohammed was purportedly trying to spread his new composite religious doctrine in Mecca by more or less peaceful means, hence the appellation of ‘Meccan’ verses, the later ‘Medinan’ verses were written while the cult of Islam was spreading by means of horrific brutality such as is still to this day seen within Islamic societies around the world and within non-Islamic societies where Islam is advancing like a cancer such as was witnessed today at the Boston Marathon. Let us hope that this Boston Massacre has as cohesive an effect on American patriots as the original had and the American Tea Party proceeds in the same spirit of determination that the original commando raid for which its namesake is remembered did. We must stop Islam.
We have an enemy agent of Islam practicing taqqiya illegally occupying the Oval Office. We must stop the ongoing criminal usurpation of the presidency by a fraud, an impostor, and worse: an enemy agent of Islam practicing taqqiya. We must stop Obama.
Taqqiya is a long established Islamic practice by which a Muslim feigns being culturally homogenous with those within a society under siege in order to advance the agenda of Islam within said society so that the first stage of Islamic domination may proceed unhindered; the infiltration stage. Mister Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah/Bounel's criminal usurpation of the presidency represents the single most successful action on the part of any Muslim in the history of Islam. 'Bath House' Barry has achieved the inconceivable: the usurpation of the presidency of the most powerful nation in human history.
Now the 'Empty Chair' is able to provide for his Muslim brothers 'from the hood' F-16 Fighter Jets; M1-Abrams main battle tanks; Bunker-buster bombs; manportable anti-aircraft rockets; enough bullets to last for decades; American taxpayer dollars to complement the Islamist state-run petrodollars; and political weight to advance the pan-Islamic so-called 'Palestinian' state.
America presently has no legal sitting president—she has a criminal usurper in the White House; a fraud, forger, and impostor; an enemy agent of Islam practicing taqqiya. The U.S.A. is in the midst of a constitutional crisis of unparalleled proportions and her elected officials in both major political parties proceed with business as usual as if the criminal usurpation of the presidency is not taking place.
Mr. Obama is employing Socialist tactics in order to pursue Communist objectives so as to facilitate the advance of Islam within every aspect of our culture unto the dhimmitudinization of non-Muslims and the domination of our legal system by Sharia.

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann has called for an investigation into the depths of the Muslim Brotherhood's infiltration into the White House administration and for this she has been threatened with removal from a congressional committee. Has not Obama called for a Palestinian state to be carved out of Israel? Has he not provided the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt with BILLIONS of dollars, F-16 Fighter Jets and M-1 Abrams tanks? Has he not provided the United Arab Emirates with Bunker-Buster Bombs? Did he not travel to Pakistan in 1981 with his Muslim college buddies on some other than American passport? Has Obama not agreed to provide man-portable anti-aircraft rockets to Jihadist fighters? ‘Houston…we have a problem!’ What was it that Mister Obama said to the Washington Times reporter about the most beautiful sound that he’d ever heard being the sound of the Muslim call to prayer in the evening when he was a boy in Indonesia?
Was Obama's higher education not financed by Islamist interests—not to mention his most recent presidential campaign? (Remember all the overseas credit cards which donated just under the amount which the law requires that the person's information making the donation has to be reported...Hmmm?)
Did Obama give Ambassador Stevens a burial as sanctimonious as that which he gave his Muslim 'Brother from the Hood' Osama Bin Laden who was given everything but a 21 gun salute off the deck of a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier? Obama's..., I mean Osama's..., body was ceremonially washed and reverently wrapped in fine white linen. Koranic verses were solemnly read over the corpse as it gently slipped into the salty brine off the deck of a United States aircraft carrier...WITH NO WITNESSES. I do not know if Obama had the flag lowered to half-mast and I have no evidence that the Navy Band was ordered to play during the ceremony. Osama Bin Laden's organizations have been given credit for having trained some of the fighters responsible for bringing down the American helicopter in the infamous ‘Black Hawk Down' incident in Somalia. Images of the body of the dead helicopter pilot being dragged through the streets by a mob of Skinnies—one of them sticking the barrel of his rifle into the rectum of the corpse disturbingly come to mind. That's how these Muslims treat our dead. We already know how Osama..., I mean Obama, treats the bodies of the murderous Muslim trash, his Muslim 'Brothers from the Hood.'
'We the People' can be shown images of our ambassadors being raped and killed, our helicopter pilots being sodomized with the barrel of a rifle, but Heaven forbid we see any pictures of Osama lying in repose.
Isn’t it interesting that almost all of the US Navy Seals involved in the raid in which Osama's body was purportedly captured have died under most suspicious circumstances? ‘Dead men tell no tales.’
I spoke with the former commander of the U.S. Cole, Cmdr. Lippold, and asked him if he thought it right to give the terrorist (if it was even Osama's body?) such a reverential send-off and he concurred with the current U.S. 'Resident's' position because he felt such a send-off prevented Muslim backlash upon our troops in the field. Message to Cmdr Lippold: The number one name given to male children in Pakistan today is Osama. Osama has inspired a generation which American troops in the field (many of which are presently in Kindergarten or the womb) shall have to deal with. How's that for backlash? Obama said that the United States is not a Christian nation. He may be right because if we were we would be kicking the living **** out of Muslims from Mecca to Medina right now.
Obama said we are not at war with Islam. He is a liar. Islam is the enemy. There are no moderate Muslims, only those Muslims who simply do not follow the teachings of Islam. One would accurately describe them as "nominal" Muslims, 'in name only,' but there is no moderate Islam and no "radical" Islam.
To characterize any sect of Islam as "radical” implies that there exists a moderate Islam, an Islam which does not advocate murder and advance a world-wide domination agenda unto the establishment of a one-world Caliphate. Please show me if you are able one sect of Islam that does not embrace the world-domination agenda of the totalitarian philosophical ideology of Islam. Islam is our enemy. Obama's criminal usurpation of the presidency of the most powerful nation in the world is the single greatest achievement by a Muslim in Islam's 1400 hundred year-old struggle for world domination. Obama has effectively made a dhimmi of the United States of America. He is deliberately destroying our country and the Liberal-socialist mainstream media all but worships the ground he walks on. Islam's multi-faceted strategy of political jihad, religious jihad, military jihad, economic jihad, mass media jihad, educational jihad, etc..., etc..., unto the establishment of Sharia as the dominant legal/political/religious system is moving ahead most successfully in the United States under Mr. Barack ‘King Hussein’ Obama, Junior’s criminal usurpation of the presidency.
In light of the recent Boston Massacre every American needs to see that the Presence of Islam within Any Society is an Invitation to Civilization Jihad.
Our Nation’s Founders Drew a Line in the Sand.
The Declaration of Independence begins with a preamble under the heading 'The Unanamous Declaration of the Thirteen States of America,' and continues, "When in the Course of human events, It becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of Nature and of Nature's God...", the Lord Jesus Christ, "...entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."
Said preamble needs now in our time at the helm of our ship of state to be amended by the following sentiments inserted after the words 'which have connected them with another' by extending the wording to address the enemy we face today, the murderous cult of Islam and its world domination agenda, and read as follows: '...which have connected them with another even to the degree of tolerating intolerable ideological or religious beliefs which have and do define themselves through the actions of adherents to such beliefs as the enemy of the liberty which with we are endowed by our Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Since the murderous cult of Islam has throughout its history and does today explicitly hold to doctrines of world domination under Sharia and the dhimmitudinization of non-Muslims, 'We the People' must recognize that those values espoused in the teachings of Islam are incompatible with a free society and that the murderous cult of Islam cannot—must not—be tolerated in the United States of America or any of her territories.
It was the contention of the signers of The Declaration of Independence in recognizing the entitlement of separate and equal station availed by the laws of Nature and Nature's God, the Lord Jesus Christ, unto a free nation that any such nation's citizens should rightly exercise the action of decently respecting the opinions of mankind in the Course of human events by declaring the causes which impelled them towards separation from—in the trial of their time—Great Britain.
Americans today should as well decently respect the opinions of mankind in the Course of human events and declare as we face the trial of our time—the world-wide expansion of the murderous cult of Islam, an enemy as insurmountable in its dimensions as Great Britain seemed unto our Founding Fathers—the causes which impel us now unto the separation from Islam and the rejection and exclusion of the murderous cult of Islam from participation in our free society.
America must determine to defeat Islam. Nothing short of unconditional surrender will suffice for to permit Islam participation within any society is an invitation for the viral spread of the cancerous cult which holds fundamentally to aspirations of world domination under a one-world Islamic Caliphate.
Holding the truths which are self-evident as did our nation’s Founders denies the toleration of any encroachment upon those same truths by erroneous totalitarian ideologies which deny the Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ, from Whom we are endowed with 'certain unalienable Rights.
The truth that '...all men are Created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness' rings familiar in the hearts of all those who would call themselves Americans.
Those words are the very tintinnabulation resounding for generations within the hearts of 'We the People' of the United States of America of the Spirit of '76', the American Spirit of Liberty, revered and saluted symbolically in America's Liberty Bell which, though cracked and silent, still resonates strongly within the breast of all those who assent to the truth that all men are, in fact, endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.
The Declaration of Independence continues, "That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED,—that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light or transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. BUT WHEN A LONG TRAIN OF ABUSES AND USURPATIONS, PURSUING INVARIABLY THE SAME OBJECT EVINCES A DESIGN TO REDUCE THEM UNDER ABSOLUTE DESPOTISM, IT IS THEIR RIGHT, IT IS THEIR DUTY, TO THROW OFF SUCH GOVERNMENT AND TO PROVIDE NEW GUARDS FOR THEIR FUTURE SECURITY." The freedom of religion determined by and for 'We the People' in the First Amendment to the Constitution needs not be extended—should not be extended— unto adherents to the murderous cult of Islam for upon close consideration of the words 'When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object...' one cannot but recognize that they are a working definition for Islam's doctrinal strategy, that is to say, 'design,’ of pursuing the same object of domination that it has pursued invariably for all of its 1400-year history over nonMuslim societies instituting a long train of abuses and usurpations by illegitimately justifying in their own sick minds the relegation under Sharia Law of all nonMuslims within said society under siege unto the de facto slave status of a Dhimmi.
Islam advances an invariable pursuit of an object: namely, a one-world Islamic Caliphate, and evinces a design to reduce America under the absolute despotism of Sharia.
It is our right and our duty to throw off the tyrannical chains of Islam and throw out such a murderous cult as Islam as sure as it would be to throw off any government that might arise which so clearly and precisely met the description of such a government which the Founding Fathers realized might one day arise on history’s stage about which they chose to give us warning.
It is as well our duty to provide ‘New Guards’ for our future security: a new, legal, legitimate president who will lead us in the war in which we are engaged with the murderous cult of Islam.
Our enemy, Islam, reduces all non-Muslims unto the de facto slave status of dhimmi; a status with no rights under the absolute despotism of Sharia law.
The words written to protect America from abuses and usurpations by a future hypothetical derelict American government apply equally, indeed more so, as instruction as how to proceed against any foreign enemy which meets the description in the warning from our Founding Fathers so precisely as does the murderous cult of Islam.
Islam is not just a religion. It is a cultural mandate unto every dimension of a society antithetical to the foundational principles of the American experiment in ‘government of the People, by the People and for the People.’ Islam is, strictly speaking, not a religion alone; it is a totalitarian religious/political/philosophical ideology, a tyrannical legal system, a depraved sociological guidebook, and a military instruction manual mandating and sanctioning murder.
Islam is an evil religious cult, yes, but much more. America’s collective failure to recognize our enemy Islam for what it is in its totality is the single greatest advantage that our enemy has facilitating its effort at defeating the United States and dominating Judeo-Christian culture as well as all other non-Islamic cultures.

It is the right and the duty of those who would defend the Constitution and American Liberty to exclude the murderous cult of Islam from the religious freedoms bought with the blood and toil of Americans and throw out of our country adherents to such a murderous cult which espouses an agenda of world domination through terror.

Future generations of Americans shall have to take up the fight under far worse conditions wherein the murderous cult shall have entrenched itself more deeply within our borders by means of infiltration of all areas of American society wherein Islamic agents practicing taqqiya advance policies that facilitate their achieving their ultimate goal: the domination of Islam.
No free society should tolerate the totalitarian system of Islam.
America must determine to defeat her enemy and demand nothing less than unconditional surrender from our pan-Islamic enemy.

Section 313 in Chapter 2 of the Immigration and Naturalization Act expressly forbids citizenship for anyone espousing any totalitarian ideology.
Adherents of Islam should not be permitted to immigrate to the United States. US Code 18 sec. 2381: "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid & comfort within the US or elsewhere, is guilty of treason ...." That about sums up Mister Barack Obama—or whatever his legal name really is.

Muslims have an affinity for anniversaries of battles in their cult’s history. Remember the Jihadist fighters who Obama's State Dept. had contracted to provide local security around the facility where Ambassador Stevens was taken prisoner—they called themselves ‘The February 29th Martyrs Brigade’ in commemoration of ANOTHER ATTACK ON AN EMBASSY—the Italian embassy where they had killed the Italian Ambassador on Feb. 29th! I recall that the brilliant investigative journalist Diana West exposed the insanity of hiring a group of jihadists to guard a U.S. facility in Benghazi—one can only wonder if they've changed their name to ‘The September 11th Martyrs Brigade’ yet. Sept. 11th is a very special date within the murderous Muslim mindset.

Has he not provided the United Arab Emirates with Bunker-Buster Bombs? Did he not travel to Pakistan in 1981 with his Muslim college buddies on some other than American passport? Has Obama not agreed to provide man-portable anti-aircraft rockets to Jihadist fighters? ‘Houston…we have a problem!’ What was it that Mister Obama said to the Washington Times reporter about the most beautiful sound that he’d ever heard being the sound of the Muslim call to prayer in the evening when he was a boy in Indonesia?

Did Obama give Ambassador Stevens a burial as sanctimonious as that which he gave his Muslim 'Brother from the Hood' Osama Bin Laden who was given everything but a 21 gun salute off the deck of a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier? Obama's..., I mean Osama's..., body was ceremonially washed and reverently wrapped in fine white linen. Koranic verses were solemnly read over the corpse as it gently slipped into the salty brine off the deck of a United States aircraft carrier...WITH NO WITNESSES. I do not know if Obama had the flag lowered to half-mast and I have no evidence that the Navy Band was ordered to play during the ceremony. Osama Bin Laden's organizations have been given credit for having trained some of the fighters responsible for bringing down the American helicopter in the infamous ‘Black Hawk Down' incident in Somalia. Images of the body of the dead helicopter pilot being dragged through the streets by a mob of Skinnies—one of them sticking the barrel of his rifle into the rectum of the corpse disturbingly come to mind. That's how these Muslims treat our dead. We already know how Osama..., I mean Obama, treats the bodies of the murderous Muslim trash, his Muslim 'Brothers from the Hood.'
'We the People' can be shown images of our ambassadors being raped and killed, our helicopter pilots being sodomized with the barrel of a rifle, but Heaven forbid we see any pictures of Osama lying in repose.
Isn’t it interesting that almost all of the US Navy Seals involved in the raid in which Osama's body was purportedly captured have died under most suspicious circumstances? ‘Dead men tell no tales.’
I spoke with the former commander of the U.S. Cole, Cmdr. Lippold, and asked him if he thought it right to give the terrorist (if it was even Osama's body?) such a reverential send-off and he concurred with the current U.S. 'Resident's' position because he felt such a send-off prevented Muslim backlash upon our troops in the field. Message to Cmdr Lippold: The number one name given to male children in Pakistan today is Osama. Osama has inspired a generation which American troops in the field (many of which are presently in Kindergarten or the womb) shall have to deal with. How's that for backlash? Obama said that the United States is not a Christian nation. He may be right because if we were we would be kicking the living **** out of Muslims from Mecca to Medina right now.
Obama said we are not at war with Islam. He is a liar. Islam is the enemy. There are no moderate Muslims, only those Muslims who simply do not follow the teachings of Islam. One would accurately describe them as "nominal" Muslims, 'in name only,' but there is no moderate Islam and no "radical" Islam.
To characterize any sect of Islam as "radical” implies that there exists a moderate Islam, an Islam which does not advocate murder and advance a world-wide domination agenda unto the establishment of a one-world Caliphate. Please show me if you are able one sect of Islam that does not embrace the world-domination agenda of the totalitarian philosophical ideology of Islam. Islam is our enemy. Obama's criminal usurpation of the presidency of the most powerful nation in the world is the single greatest achievement by a Muslim in Islam's 1400 hundred year-old struggle for world domination. Obama has effectively made a dhimmi of the United States of America. He is deliberately destroying our country and the Liberal-socialist mainstream media all but worships the ground he walks on. Our Nation’s Founders Drew a Line in the Sand.
The Declaration of Independence begins with a preamble under the heading 'The Unanamous Declaration of the Thirteen States of America,' and continues, "When in the Course of human events, It becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of Nature and of Nature's God...", the Lord Jesus Christ, "...entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."
Said preamble needs now in our time at the helm of our ship of state to be amended by the following sentiments inserted after the words 'which have connected them with another' by extending the wording to address the enemy we face today, the murderous cult of Islam and its world domination agenda, and read as follows: '...which have connected them with another even to the degree of tolerating intolerable ideological or religious beliefs which have and do define themselves through the actions of adherents to such beliefs as the enemy of the liberty which with we are endowed by our Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Since the murderous cult of Islam has throughout its history and does today explicitly hold to doctrines of world domination under Sharia and the dhimmitudinization of non-Muslims, 'We the People' must recognize that those values espoused in the teachings of Islam are incompatible with a free society and that the murderous cult of Islam cannot—must not—be tolerated in the United States of America or any of her territories.
It was the contention of the signers of The Declaration of Independence in recognizing the entitlement of separate and equal station availed by the laws of Nature and Nature's God, the Lord Jesus Christ, unto a free nation that any such nation's citizens should rightly exercise the action of decently respecting the opinions of mankind in the Course of human events by declaring the causes which impelled them towards separation from—in the trial of their time—Great Britain.
Americans today should as well decently respect the opinions of mankind in the Course of human events and declare as we face the trial of our time—the world-wide expansion of the murderous cult of Islam, an enemy as insurmountable in its dimensions as Great Britain seemed unto our Founding Fathers—the causes which impel us now unto the separation from Islam and the rejection and exclusion of the murderous cult of Islam from participation in our free society.
America must determine to defeat Islam. Nothing short of unconditional surrender will suffice for to permit Islam participation within any society is an invitation for the viral spread of the cancerous cult which holds fundamentally to aspirations of world domination under a one-world Islamic Caliphate.
Holding the truths which are self-evident as did our nation’s Founders denies the toleration of any encroachment upon those same truths by erroneous totalitarian ideologies which deny the Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ, from Whom we are endowed with 'certain unalienable Rights.
The truth that '...all men are Created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness' rings familiar in the hearts of all those who would call themselves Americans.
Those words are the very tintinnabulation resounding for generations within the hearts of 'We the People' of the United States of America of the Spirit of '76', the American Spirit of Liberty, revered and saluted symbolically in America's Liberty Bell which, though cracked and silent, still resonates strongly within the breast of all those who assent to the truth that all men are, in fact, endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.
The Declaration of Independence continues, "That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED,—that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light or transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. The freedom of religion determined by and for 'We the People' in the First Amendment to the Constitution needs not be extended—should not be extended— unto adherents to the murderous cult of Islam for upon close consideration of the words 'When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object...' one cannot but recognize that they are a working definition for Islam's doctrinal strategy, that is to say, 'design,’ of pursuing the same object of domination that it has pursued invariably for all of its 1400-year history over nonMuslim societies instituting a long train of abuses and usurpations by illegitimately justifying in their own sick minds the relegation under Sharia Law of all nonMuslims within said society under siege unto the de facto slave status of a Dhimmi.
Islam advances an invariable pursuit of an object: namely, a one-world Islamic Caliphate, and evinces a design to reduce America under the absolute despotism of Sharia.

Our enemy, Islam, reduces all non-Muslims unto the de facto slave status of dhimmi; a status with no rights under the absolute despotism of Sharia law.
The words written to protect America from abuses and usurpations by a future hypothetical derelict American government apply equally, indeed more so, as instruction as how to proceed against any foreign enemy which meets the description in the warning from our Founding Fathers so precisely as does the murderous cult of Islam.
Islam is not just a religion. Adherents of Islam should not be permitted to immigrate to the United States.
