Dear Person in Charge, My name is Sam and I am very much interested in the position. I am coming from an architectural background, and building construction of light industrial, commercial and residential structures. I do read a lot about sustainable designs, green construction, renewable energy, building performance and maintenance, indoor air quality and building inspection industries. I enjoy travelling, the outdoor, climbing heights, get the job done right and take the blame for it! I do have over 12 years of various Construction Management, Design and Fabrication experience and well versed in the areas of Blueprint reading, Planning, Supervision, Estimating, Consultation, Communication, Negotiation and Project Management of many Freelance work, in accordance with State and International Building Code. I am also a licensed General Contractor #64481, Building, Limited, in the State of North Carolina since 2007 and valid until Dec. 2010 and hold 30-hour OSHA Card.
