SPRING PICTURES ♣♣♣ Today, April 6
Students will not be required to wear school shirts. However, students must adhere to dress code: no tank tops, sleeveless shirts, short skirts/shorts, no clothing with inappropriate language/symbols.

**FCS FLAG CORPS Try-Outs: The Marching Seahawk Band is adding a Flag Corps for the 2011-2012
Season. Any student that is interested in trying out, please stop by Mrs. Duhart’s room (1210) for more information. Eligibility requirements are as follows: • must be in grades 8-11, • have at least a 2.5 GPA, •no more than one referral for the current school year. Practices will be held May 2-5. **FCS CHEER Try-Outs: If interested in trying out, student must: • be in grades 6-11, • passing with D or better in 5
solid credits (GPA 2.2 or higher), • have no more than 3 disciplinary referrals for year, • paid all outstanding balances due in previous years cheerleading/sports, •must be able to attend camp July 13-17. See Ms. Lynn Clark for tryout packet. Physicals will be scheduled in the next couple of weeks & will be mandatory. Tryouts are April 26-30.

**SENIOR T-SHIRTS: Order shirts during H/S lunch- see Brooke Harper or Joel Williams. Cost- $16.00
**FCAT Reading Re-Take Tutoring: Students required to re-take the FCAT Reading, Ms. Sharon Solomon will
be tutoring Monday-Friday, this week, from 3:15-3:45pm. She is located in the trailer next to the Adult Education trailer at the Learning Center.

**PROM GLASSES:

Juniors & Seniors, if you would like to order prom glasses for you and your date, see Mrs. Gavigan. Seniors in attendance will receive one free glass. Each glass costs $7.00.

**GCCC Dual Enrollment-Summer & Fall: Registration for the summer & fall terms will be April 11-May 6.
The dual enrollment office will be open until 6:00pm from April 11- April 14 (after these dates, regular office hours Resume, 8:00am-4:00pm).

**Certified Nursing Assistant Program: Students interested in program need to apply NOW!!! April 29 is the
end date. Contact Pat Wagner, GFC Nursing Secretary @ 227-9670 EXT. 5522. The earlier you apply the better.

**GED Classes have moved back to Franklin County School!
Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays (except holidays) from 4:00pm-8:00pm in 1100 building. To register, see Linda Bradley from 4:00-7:00pm on days above. The next GED Test will be given May 2 & 3 at the Franklin County School library at 6:00pm. To register for the test contact Linda Bradley during GED classes or Maxine Creamer @ 670-4481.
