How to Apply?
There are two ways you can apply to Camosun College:

$100 Application Fee (non-refundable) Academic transcripts* – High School, College and/or University, other credentials *Note – All transcripts submitted become the property of Camosun College and will not be returned ESL certifications – IELTS, TOEFL
Send completed application form and attached documents by mail or by fax using the contact information below
After You Apply
Please note: There are differing processes dependent on your study permit status. Please refer to the process below that best describes you Students with valid Study Permit Not applicable Not applicable Students who do not have a valid Study Permit Wait to receive your Letter of Eligibility (LOE) from Camosun College. This letter will outline the Program(s) for which you are qualified. Applicants without a valid study permit will be required to pay a $5,000 tuition deposit as outlined in the LOE. Once receipt of the $5,000 deposit is confirmed, your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will then be processed to confirm your seat at Camosun College.
Wait to receive your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Camosun College. It will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to process your LOA upon receiving your application form (if you require your LOA to be sent by courier, there will be an additional charge of $70). Not applicable Make your travel arrangements if required. Contact the closest Canadian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission to apply for your Study Permit (you will need your LOA). Make your travel arrangements after you receive your Study Permit.
Homestay and Accommodation
Homestay is highly recommended for students who are new to Canada or Victoria.

If you are interested in homestay, please complete the homestay application form that you receive with your LOA package, or download the form from our website. If you are not interested in homestay, please know that there are many students looking for private accommodation in Victoria and it can be very difficult to find accommodation upon your arrival – begin your search early! Whether you are applying for homestay or planning to find your own accommodation, please visit our website for more information about living in Victoria.
