Legal issues
Copyright:
Means copying someone’s work for example people can’t copy someone’s
music, articles, films or even photographs
-This will apply to campaign because I will take all of the photographs and
not copy anyone else’s work.
Discrimination
Discrimination means to insult or offend someone on their religion,
ethnicity, race, age, gender and disability. Discrimination is action that
denies social participation or human rights to categories of people based
on prejudice.
-This will apply to my campaign because I will make sure I will not
discriminate anyone’s religion, race, age, gender or disability.
Obscenity Law
Obscenity law you can’t offend people purposely also you aren’t allowed
to swear because you might offend them. Obscenity is a legal term that
applies to anything offensive to morals and is often equated with the term
pornography. Pornography, however, is a more limited term, which refers
to the erotic content of books, magazines, films, and recordings.
-This will apply to my campaign because I will not have any swearing in
the advert that will offend people.

Ethical issues

Representation issues
You are not allowed represented people however you want you have to
treat everyone fairly. So if I was going to make a different campaign I
would have more people to work on it also I would take people from
different backgrounds so everyone’s treated fairly.

Code of practice
3.1 Marketing communications must not materially mislead or be likely to do
so.
3.2 Obvious exaggerations and claims that the average consumer who sees
the marketing communication is unlikely to take literally are allowed provided
they do not materially mislead.
3.3 Marketing communications must not mislead the consumer by omitting
material information. They must not mislead by hiding material information or
presenting it in an unclear, unintelligible, ambiguous or untimely manner.
I would not mislead people and I will make sure that they know the clothes
are from a charity shop. You can’t change the way the product looks using
Photoshop or any other photo editing software and you also can’t change the
look of the clothes.
