1. The proceedings doesn’t have any stability. Since, according to the proceedings No………………………of the Director CAPE, TVM vide para 2 , a grammatical mistake which points out that the examination was conducted on two consecutive days ie, 26/11 and 2/12. But the examination was as conducted on 26/11.
2. As per above mentioned proceedings para 3(i) , the candidates name is said to be written in the OMR sheet. This action is done as per the instruction of CAPE. CAPE had published a specimen copy of the OMR sheet along with hall ticket well before the examination. If this had been noticed earlier, the defect could have been rectified with normal verification. The specimen copy of the OMR sheet and hall ticket was published by CAPE itself and and not by any other agency. The examination was conducted on 26/11. Evaluation and verification of OMR sheet commence from 26/11 and finished by 2/12. The defect mentioned by CAPE , wasn’t recognized within the duration. Moreover they published the short list and decided to conduct the interview on 16/12. Vide para 3 (ii, iii) , taking away of question paper from the candidates immediately and not publishing the answer keys doesn’t belong to any irregularity. For improving the transparency of the examination , advanced techniques would have been adopted. Normally an examination gets cancelled when there is a collective complaint from the candidates. Hence a collective complaint from candidates required rather than having doubts from the authority. Rank list of the interview conducted on 16/12 is requested to be published soon and appoint me to the post of Assistant Professor. The eligibility list of the candidates eligible to attend the exam on 26/11 was published. The 2nd examination should be conducted considering the 1st eligibility list. But the exam was conducted by considering a new eligibility list. The new eligibility list had seven new candidates entries on the other
hand several candidates were omitted from the 1st list. Its reason must be carefully analyzed. From all the above reasons, the suggestion of CAPE to cancel first exam is illegal and the second exam is not at all valid than the first exam. Hence I request you to cancel second examination and all proceedings dealing with it. Therefore, I request you to publish the first rank list and appoint me for the post of Asst.Professor in MCA. I am 36 year old and therefore the chance of writing any type of examination is very less. Hence consider my request as most important.
