Financial Services Officers are expected to help in identification of business partners, identification of potential villages, identification of groups, formation of groups, imparting of appropriate training to groups on financial and other disciplines, participating in group meetings, obtaining necessary loan applications and documents, disbursement of loan in cash at the doorstep, follow up of loans including recovery of loans, maintenance of books of account. Job Description:The candidate shall be have knowledge about professional accounting activities, particularly those pertaining to financial institutions. The candidate shall be required to deal with daily transactions for petty cash, banking transactions etc. and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a regular basis. The candidate must have excellent competency in Tally ERP 9 and aboveor other accounting softwares and shall be updated on efficient use of the software.
