Its services include: Carer Activity and relationship for disability Assistant treatment for disability Mental health for disability Building life plan for people with disability Sue Jackson: is a 22 year old girl, she is paralyzed from waist after a car accident, and there is also other problems with her, for example, emotional lability, relationship with family, memory, physical health and so on. Angie: is the manager of the “Hope House”, and she is also the manager for the case management plan for Sue.
