its target group is the people between 18 and 40 with disability. Its services include:  Carer  Activity and relationship for disability  Assistant treatment for disability  Mental health for disability  Building life plan for people with disability Sue Jackson: is a 22 year old girl, she is paralyzed from waist after a car accident, and there is also other problems with her, for example, emotional lability, relationship with family, memory, physical health and so on. Angie: is the manager of the “Hope House”, and she is also the manager for the case management plan for Sue.

and autonomy.
