ABSTRACT
Most of security system uses light or micro switch, magnetic sensor to detect the
signal. Here is a new type of security system that uses Infra-red Rays to detect the signal.
This signal is invisible signal. Therefore once we install the circuit we need not require any
setting except to watch the power supply is Ok.
The circuit described here is meant to do just this very thing. The circuit can count up
to almost ten thousand persons entering or leaving a place or can be use to count the number
of articles passing on a conveyor belt (in a factory) etc. The unit has unlimited application in
almost all fields of industrialization. The counting capability can be increased to any numbers
as per application. The complete circuit is based on popular CMOS IC 4033 and high quality
LDR.
