Project Introduction
The Online College Management website is useful for the students,staff,parents who like to display Result as well attendance and all tha task like event,news,fresh assignment without going to college.It provides the facility to the students or parents to have complete information about the college. This website is very dynamic and very easy to understand, the interface of the website is very easy and anybody can easily work in our website, this website can provideall the details about college,courses,subjects,event,news,attendance,result. some important information about fresh news & events. In this web site does not need to perform papars work liks make result sheet on papars and then put on notice board.but in this site just make sheet on ms excel and just upload that sheet. Staff also give login so it will show own subject result division so it will analyz own result and it will try to make better result than exiting result. The online college management website is also very useful because the student don’t have to read notice board,he can easily view all info. Like result via this website.To make this website work successfully we have used some latest technology such as PHP as the Development Platform, PHP frame work as the development and MYSQL as the Database Management environment. A brief description about PHP and MYSQL are provided into the documentation in technology used for front-end and back-end instruction. All the covered commitments and provided utilities are described in the proposed system. The UML Diagram has been drawn which is useful to display the flow of the Process throughout the system so even an inexperienced people can easily get idea of the proposed system. The “Testing” technique that we have followed is up to grade and it’s helpful in easily finding the error or bugs. Testing is a process necessary to be conducted by analyst to have the system build error-less. Testing is important for consistency purposes that is user cannot access beyond its limitation.

Vivekanand College, Surat was established in 2001 managed by Abhinav Education trust. Vivekanand College is affiliated to South Gujarat University. The Trust believes in multi-dimensional development of students which will make them able to serve the nation with their versatile qualities. In a short period of time Vivekanand College aims to reach every nook and corner and wants to remove the darkness of ignorance. For this Vivekanand College has given a technical fight by bringing computer education through BCA programme. For making the society self reliant and healthy, Vivekanand College is trying to provide with sculptors of education through their B. Ed programme. The Trust believes that progress of nation is only when the resources and finances are optimally utilized. This is possible only when the students are well versed with economics and finances. Thus, within a small span the college is trying to grow in every sphere of academy. Facilities :
