Chamber continues meetings program
The Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce is very excited to continue its Meetings and Small Groups project. Tourism has begun an aggressive approach to bringing corporate, associational and leisure meetings and small groups to Mineral Wells for the benefit of our hotels, restaurants and other businesses. It is important for the tourism department to rise to the next level in order to offer the lodging facilities in our area a greater opportunity to increase revenue. If any business or organization would like to pursue hosting area meetings or workshops, please contact the tourism department at [email protected]. The Meetings and Small Group project offers a “one-stop shop” for anyone planning a meeting or workshop. The tourism department can coordinate the meeting space, the lodging facilities, the meals and after hours entertainment. The entertainment can be anything from after hours private shopping in one of our specialty shops, to a movie, bowling, or concerts. You make one phone call or email to the tourism department, tell us what you want, and we will coordinate the entire event. How easy is that? Tired of traveling out of town for regional meetings at work? Give us the contact information for your meeting planner and let us try to get it moved right here into your own back yard. Now you know why we are so excited!
