The Cutilletta Group at Morgan Stanley
Our mission is to assist clients in making some of life’s most critical choices, decisions appropriate for where they are — and where they want to go. Our message is not always popular, and never trendy. We work hard each day to guide clients to decisions with which they can maintain their lifestyles for years to come. We are very proud to be, in some cases, working with second and third generations of original client families. When you work with the Cutilletta Group at Morgan Stanley, you will be treated with respect, care, confidentiality and our unwavering commitment. Each member of the Cutilletta Group brings a unique perspective to the team. Patricia Cutilletta, a Certified Financial Planner, has 28 years of experience in providing sound advice. Her ability to help clients maintain consistent focus during turbulent economies, geopolitical events, and their own personal lifechanges is invaluable. Pat would say that her “midwestern mentality”, ability to think long-term, and to ignore the “noise” is a definite strength. Stacey Barrins has 10 years of experience in the financial industry and is also a Certified Financial Planner. Stacey has a background in accounting and began her career at Arthur Andersen where she focused on investment and tax planning for wealthy individuals. Stacey’s tax planning knowledge allows her to analyze financial and investment decisions from different angles. Stacey recognizes that financial planning is not black and white and that in-depth and thoughtful analysis is of utmost importance. Stacey would say that “understanding family dynamics, helping clients get organized financially, and working with clients to find a balance between enjoying what they earn and saving sufficiently for the future are the most enjoyable and rewarding aspects of being an advisor”. Pat and Stacey have been a team for over 6 years and truly manage their practice as such. Every morning Pat and Stacey meet with their two assistants to review operational details and other items affecting clients. “Working as a team and meeting regularly allows us to collaborate, share ideas, and stay ahead of client needs.” Clients take comfort in knowing that regardless of who answers the phone they will always receive the same consistent message. We recognize the responsibility our clients have placed with us and work hard every day to maintain the level of trust a long-term client relationship implies.

hen you think about wealth management, what comes to mind? We define wealth management broadly — investment consulting, advanced planning, and relationship management. Our clients are not portfolios of assets — they are people with complex lives, who want a team of advisors to provide thorough, unbiased and carefully considered guidance on a range of topics. Educating clients and helping them get financially organized is at the forefront of what we do. That might include: • Offering educational lectures/events on a range of topics • Working with women recently widowed or divorced, or individuals dealing with financial decisions for the first time, i.e. inheritance, substantial career change • Teaching clients how to interpret performance reports, not just read statements • Discovering and gathering assets after divorce or a relative’s death • Developing retirement and education funding plans to facilitate cash flow and saving needs • Encouraging clients to implement an estate plan, review and update beneficiary designations, review insurance coverage • Holding family meetings as clients age and choose to share information with their children Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC. Enerspace Chicago
nerspace Chicago is a coworking space in Chicago’s West Loop. It’s designed to be a beautiful, inspiring, shared work space where entrepreneurs, freelancers and mobile professionals go to do their best work. A veteran of both start-up and corporate environments, Jamie Russo was drawn to the fledgling coworking industry as a way to support the growth of entrepreneurship in Chicago and to give people better choices for where they spend their work day. The term coworking was coined in 2006 and there are now about 700 coworking spaces in the US* that share a common mission to create contemporary, collaborative,

community-focused spaces for people to be productive and do great work. Coworking offers people an environment that they can’t find in their home office or their corner coffeeshop. While no two coworking spaces are alike, they all strive to bring together mobile professionals that value the benefits of being a part of a community and appreciate a professional place to do business that offers amenities like conference rooms, free high speed Internet access, and typically, great coffee and tea service. Her favorite success stories are seeing relationships build among members and opportunities being shared among the Enerspace network. Mentorship, IT help, websites being built, marketing resources being shared...that’s the kind of thing that you don’t get out of working at home or at Starbucks! Enerspace is testing a twist on coworking by helping its members integrate wellness into their day. So many professionals struggle with balance and Jamie believes that the biggest opportunity for improvement can happen at the place where you

spend 8 hours a day. You see the mental wellness component when you walk in - ridiculous amounts of natural light through windows that offer a stunning view of the entire Chicago skyline, a design that uses energizing colors and a big open space that encourages an open mind and mingling with “coworkers.” Enerspace is also biker, runner and yogi friendly with a fitness studio, shower, and changing room. She also hosts after hours health and wellness and small business programming and develops partnerships with local health and wellness-related businesses to offer member discounts and perks.

ilija Gelazis discovered a passion for architecture in college. She had always been good at art, math, and science so discovering a passion for architecture was a perfect fit for her talents. It was in college that she learned about the intimate connection between architecture and the culture that produces it. As an architect, she sees her mission as shaping the space around people in a way that’s meaningful to them. Most people take the built environment for granted. It’s easy to appreciate beauty in architecture; however, good design is about much more than good looks. Architecture can profoundly affect the well-being of its inhabitants. Even something like coordinating color in a project has a significant impact. Lilija enjoys helping create the space in which people live and work; from the grand gestures created by beautiful structures, to the more intimate details that touch people’s lives every day. Since its inception, her business has always embraced technology with designers using 3D modeling software as the basis of every project. This helps clients easily point out what they like or dislike during the design phase. In the near future, she envisions introducing 3D printing to the studio to help test designs in physical prototypes. Her design practice highly values communication tools. She starts by taking her clients ideas and translating them; not only into drawings, but also into models. These artistic forms are the basis of a dialogue resulting in a strong final design. Then, this design

vision is translated into documents resulting in architecture born of a constructive process. Some of Lilija’s most gratifying projects have been the ones helping entrepreneurs launch their businesses. She is proud to help clients navigate through a jungle of regulations so they can realize their Lilija Gelazis vision. For example, when three capable art school graduates asked for her help in making their dream of opening a cafe come true, she was able to translate their concepts, graphics and interiors ideas into the drawings they needed to get the necessary building and health department permits. She is particularly proud that her skill in working collaboratively and maneuvering around red tape was so instrumental in bringing a bright spot to her community. Having the opportunity to bring expertise and technology to her clients strengthens Lilija’s belief that this is a really exciting time to be a designer. ersonalized service, free delivery and some of the best medication prices in the city? It may sound too good to be true, but it’s exactly what Bhavi Patel’s customers have come to expect at Well Future Pharmacy. After 9 years working for corporate pharmacies, Patel grew tired of being judged by the number of prescriptions filled per hour and wanted to work in an environment where she could get to know her patients and take time

When a customer walks through the door at Well Future, chances are they will be called by name. Patel is dedicated to getting to know her patients on a personal level. By understanding a patient’s lifestyle, she can recommend vitamins and supplements and also offer other services they may be benefit from including a diaper program, free eco-friendly medication disposal, discounted pet medications, compounding and

without sacrificing personalized service. A combination rarely found at the chain drugstores dotting nearly every city corner. Patel’s favorite part of her job is making sure customers understand the medications prescribed. This may sound like standard procedure for a pharmacist, but Patel says she is shocked by the number of her patients who are pleasantly surprised that she takes the time to make sure they know how to take the medicine and what side effects to expect. While she admits that owning her own business has required more patience than she anticipated, Patel is quick to point out that the personal satisfaction and results she’s already achieved have also exceeded her wildest expectations.

Effortless style, everyday
You should feel confidence and Joy getting dressed every day.

Suze Solari Style
hat do you offer your clients that they may not be able to get elsewhere? My expertise lies in bringing depth to a clients wardrobe he or she can not see; by using my Design background to create outfits for a client using their existing wardrobe - with new combinations of color, pattern & texture. After spending time in their closet, I send them to local shops with a shopping list, and provide online links to fill out the missing pieces needed. How is your approach to your particular business unique? In a way - I am a therapist for my clients - helping them to evaluate what works in their closet - by silhouette, fit & color - and what doesn’t. We identify shopping pit falls (like buying the same thing over and over) and garments that bring up negative emotion and then we remove these obstacles. What plans do you have for your business in the future? I am writing a book for the new working mother - creating a stylish ‘uniform’ of jeans & t-shirts, reflective of how our culture has become so casual; this guide book will help women dress in stylish comfort, confidence.
