Chinese Cooking Classes (1)

Hi Ladies, I offer a Chinese cooking course at my apartment in Vasant Vihar, my cooking is mostly influenced by my Dad who is a great cook as well as a great host. I also used to get cooking tips from a good friend who worked as a chef in Crown Plaza Hotel, Qingdao, China. The new batches will soon be ready to start from 22nd Sep. The regularbatch: • The course is 5 weeks long and 1 class per week. • You will learn top 8 popular dishes from China and these will be covered on weeks 1 to 4, hence 2 dishes per lesson. • For the final week, each student will present one dish under my guidance and get together for a gathering lunch to celebrate • I will provide all the materials and ingredients during the first 4 lessons and distribute the recipes in English and Hindi. • Cost is Rs.3000 / person for the 5 class’s and to be paid Rs.1000 as a deposit 3 days advance and the rest to be paid on first day's class • Class will start as long as there are 4 people, maximum 6 people in one batch • Time: 10:30am - 11:45am with classes running on Wednesday / Friday I am also going to introduce new dishes in my future batches. • Time: 10:30am-11:45am with classes running on Monday from 27th Sep There are also going to have batches for people who love seafood , meat dishes, vegetable dishes or dumplings and pancakes, I will organise these batches accordingly due to the request from attendants.
