1 I am a child of God
J ohn 1:12 But as many as received Him, He
gave to them authority to become the children
of God, to those who believe on His name,
Romans 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness
with our spirit that we are the children of God.
1J ohn 3:1-3 Behold what manner of love the
Father has given us, that we should be called
children of God. Therefore the world does not
know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved,
now we are children of God, and it has not yet
been revealed what we shall be. But we know
that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like
Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And
everyone who has this hope on him purifies
himself, even as that One is pure.
2 I am an heir with all
who are in Christ
Galatians 3:26-29 For you are all sons of God
through faith in Christ J esus.
For as many as were baptized into Christ, you
put on Christ. There cannot be J ew nor Greek,
there is neither bond nor free, there is no male
nor female; for you are all one in Christ J esus.
And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's
seed and heirs according to the promise.
3 I can call the Lord
“Abba Father”
Galatians 4:6-7 And because you are sons, God
has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your
hearts, crying, Abba, Father. So that you are no
longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, also an
heir of God through Christ.
4 I am His people, a
chosen generation, a
royal priesthood
1Peter 2:9-10 But you are a chosen generation, a
royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for
possession, so that you might speak of the
praises of Him who has called you out of
darkness into His marvellous light; you who then
were not a people, but now the people of God,
5 I am the salt of the
earth
Matthew 5:13 You are the salt of the earth, but
if the salt loses its savor, with what shall it be
salted? It is no longer good for anything, but to
be thrown out and to be trodden underfoot by
men.
6 I am the light of the
world
Matthew 5:14 You are the light of the world. A
city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
7 I am a branch of the
true vine, a channel of
His Life
J ohn 15:1 I am the True Vine, and My Father
is the Vinedresser.
J ohn 15:5 I am the Vine, you are the
branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him,
the same brings forth much fruit; for without
Me you can do nothing.
8 I have been appointed
to bear fruit
J ohn 15:16 You have not chosen Me, but I
have chosen you and ordained you that you
should go and bring forth fruit, and that your
fruit should remain; that whatever you shall
ask of the Father in My name, He may give it
to you.
9 I am Christ’s personal
witness
J ohn 15:16 You have not chosen Me, but I
have chosen you and ordained you that you
should go and bring forth fruit, and that your
fruit should remain; that whatever you shall
ask of the Father in My name, He may give it
to you.
10 I am God’s temple
1Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know that you
are a temple of God, and that the Spirit of God
dwells in you?
11 I am a member of
God’s temple
1Corinthians 12:27 And you are the body of
Christ, and members in part.
18 I am Christ’s friend
J ohn 15:15 No longer do I call you servants,
for the servant does not know what his master
does. But I have called you friends, for all
things that I have heard from My Father I
have made known to you.
19 I have been justified
Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith,
we have peace with God through our Lord
J esus Christ.
30 I am assured that all
things work together
for good
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things
work together for good to those who love God,
to those who are called according to His
purpose.
31 I cannot be separated
from the love of God
Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the
love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or
persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril,
or sword?
32 I am free forever from
condemnation
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no
condemnation to those who are in Christ J esus,
who walk not according to the flesh but
according to the Spirit.
33 I am free from any
condemning charges
against me
Romans 8:33 Who shall lay anything to the
charge of God's elect? It is God who justifies.
34 I have been
established, anointed,
and sealed by God
2Corinthians 1:21-22 But He confirming us and
anointing us with you in Christ is God. And
He has sealed us and having given the earnest
of the Spirit in our hearts.
35 I have been given the
Holy Spirit as a pledge
guaranteeing my
inheritance to come
Ephesians 1:13-14 in whom also you, hearing
the Word of Truth, the gospel of our salvation,
in whom also believing, you were sealed with
the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the earnest
of our inheritance, to the redemption of the
purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.
36 I have been delivered
from the domain of
darkness and
transferred to the
kingdom of Christ
Colossians 1:13 For He has delivered us from
the power of darkness and has translated us
into the kingdom of His dear Son
37 I am hidden with
Christ in God
Colossians 3:3 For you died, and your life has
been hidden with Christ in God.
God’s great goal for me as His
child is that I become like Him
Colossians 3:10 and having put on the
new, having been renewed in knowledge
according to the image of Him who
created him,
My identity is no longer in
racial, religious, cultural or
social ties
Colossians 3:11 where there is neither
Greek nor J ew, circumcision and
uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, slave
or freeman, but Christ is all things in
all.
Once I know who I am in
Christ, God focuses on my
character
Colossians 3:12 Therefore, as the elect of
God, holy and beloved, put on tender
feelings of mercy, kindness, humbleness
of mind, meekness, long-suffering,
My character is developed in
my relationships with others
Colossians 3:13 forbearing one another
and forgiving yourselves, if anyone has
a complaint against any. As Christ
forgave you, so also you do.
Love is the highest level of
character development
Colossians 3:14 And above all these
things put on love, which is the bond of
perfectness.
Having Christ living in me is
the only way I can become like
Him
Colossians 3:15-17 And let the peace of
God rule in your hearts, to which you
also are called in one body, and be
thankful.
Let the Word of Christ dwell in you
richly in all wisdom, teaching and
admonishing one another in psalms and
hymns and spiritual songs, singing with
grace in your hearts to the Lord.
And everything, whatever you do in
word or deed, do all in the name of the
Lord J esus, giving thanks to God and the
Father by Him.

10:12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own
the sheep are not, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep,
and flees: and the wolf catches them, and scatters the sheep.
10:13 The hireling flees, because he is an hireling, and cares not
for the sheep.
10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am
known of mine.
10:15 As the Father knows me, even so know I the Father: and I
lay down my life for the sheep.
10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them
also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall
be one fold, and one shepherd.
1 I am a child of God
J ohn 1:12 But as many as received Him, He
gave to them authority to become the children
of God, to those who believe on His name,
Romans 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness
with our spirit that we are the children of God.
1J ohn 3:1-3 Behold what manner of love the
Father has given us, that we should be called
children of God. Therefore the world does not
know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved,
now we are children of God, and it has not yet
been revealed what we shall be. But we know
that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like
Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And
everyone who has this hope on him purifies
himself, even as that One is pure.
2 I am an heir with all
who are in Christ
Galatians 3:26-29 For you are all sons of God
through faith in Christ J esus.
For as many as were baptized into Christ, you
put on Christ. There cannot be J ew nor Greek,
there is neither bond nor free, there is no male
nor female; for you are all one in Christ J esus.
And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's
seed and heirs according to the promise.
3 I can call the Lord
“Abba Father”
Galatians 4:6-7 And because you are sons, God
has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your
hearts, crying, Abba, Father. So that you are no
longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, also an
heir of God through Christ.
4 I am His people, a
chosen generation, a
royal priesthood
1Peter 2:9-10 But you are a chosen generation, a
royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for
possession, so that you might speak of the
praises of Him who has called you out of
darkness into His marvellous light; you who then
were not a people, but now the people of God,
5 I am the salt of the
earth
Matthew 5:13 You are the salt of the earth, but
if the salt loses its savor, with what shall it be
salted? It is no longer good for anything, but to
be thrown out and to be trodden underfoot by
men.
6 I am the light of the
world
Matthew 5:14 You are the light of the world. A
city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
7 I am a branch of the
true vine, a channel of
His Life
J ohn 15:1 I am the True Vine, and My Father
is the Vinedresser.
J ohn 15:5 I am the Vine, you are the
branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him,
the same brings forth much fruit; for without
Me you can do nothing.
8 I have been appointed
to bear fruit
J ohn 15:16 You have not chosen Me, but I
have chosen you and ordained you that you
should go and bring forth fruit, and that your
fruit should remain; that whatever you shall
ask of the Father in My name, He may give it
to you.
9 I am Christ’s personal
witness
J ohn 15:16 You have not chosen Me, but I
have chosen you and ordained you that you
should go and bring forth fruit, and that your
fruit should remain; that whatever you shall
ask of the Father in My name, He may give it
to you.
10 I am God’s temple
1Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know that you
are a temple of God, and that the Spirit of God
dwells in you?
11 I am a member of
God’s temple
1Corinthians 12:27 And you are the body of
Christ, and members in part.
18 I am Christ’s friend
J ohn 15:15 No longer do I call you servants,
for the servant does not know what his master
does. But I have called you friends, for all
things that I have heard from My Father I
have made known to you.
19 I have been justified
Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith,
we have peace with God through our Lord
J esus Christ.
30 I am assured that all
things work together
for good
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things
work together for good to those who love God,
to those who are called according to His
purpose.
31 I cannot be separated
from the love of God
Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the
love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or
persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril,
or sword?
32 I am free forever from
condemnation
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no
condemnation to those who are in Christ J esus,
who walk not according to the flesh but
according to the Spirit.
33 I am free from any
condemning charges
against me
Romans 8:33 Who shall lay anything to the
charge of God's elect? It is God who justifies.
34 I have been
established, anointed,
and sealed by God
2Corinthians 1:21-22 But He confirming us and
anointing us with you in Christ is God. And
He has sealed us and having given the earnest
of the Spirit in our hearts.
35 I have been given the
Holy Spirit as a pledge
guaranteeing my
inheritance to come
Ephesians 1:13-14 in whom also you, hearing
the Word of Truth, the gospel of our salvation,
in whom also believing, you were sealed with
the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the earnest
of our inheritance, to the redemption of the
purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.
36 I have been delivered
from the domain of
darkness and
transferred to the
kingdom of Christ
Colossians 1:13 For He has delivered us from
the power of darkness and has translated us
into the kingdom of His dear Son
37 I am hidden with
Christ in God
Colossians 3:3 For you died, and your life has
been hidden with Christ in God.
God’s great goal for me as His
child is that I become like Him
Colossians 3:10 and having put on the
new, having been renewed in knowledge
according to the image of Him who
created him,
My identity is no longer in
racial, religious, cultural or
social ties
Colossians 3:11 where there is neither
Greek nor J ew, circumcision and
uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, slave
or freeman, but Christ is all things in
all.
Once I know who I am in
Christ, God focuses on my
character
Colossians 3:12 Therefore, as the elect of
God, holy and beloved, put on tender
feelings of mercy, kindness, humbleness
of mind, meekness, long-suffering,
My character is developed in
my relationships with others
Colossians 3:13 forbearing one another
and forgiving yourselves, if anyone has
a complaint against any. As Christ
forgave you, so also you do.
Love is the highest level of
character development
Colossians 3:14 And above all these
things put on love, which is the bond of
perfectness.
Having Christ living in me is
the only way I can become like
Him
Colossians 3:15-17 And let the peace of
God rule in your hearts, to which you
also are called in one body, and be
thankful.
Let the Word of Christ dwell in you
richly in all wisdom, teaching and
admonishing one another in psalms and
hymns and spiritual songs, singing with
grace in your hearts to the Lord.
And everything, whatever you do in
word or deed, do all in the name of the
Lord J esus, giving thanks to God and the
Father by Him.
