Race-Based Justice

Among the demands of the “protesters” in Ferguson is
that the investigation and prosecution of police officer Darren Wilson be taken away from St. Louis County Prosecutor
Robert McCulloch.
McCulloch is biased, it is said. How so? In 1964, his father, a St. Louis police officer, was shot to death by an African-American.
Moreover, McCulloch comes from a family of cops. He
wanted to be a police officer himself, but when cancer cost
him a leg as a kid, he became a prosecutor.
Yet, in 23 years, McCulloch has convicted many cops of
many crimes, and has said that if Gov. Jay Nixon orders him
off this case, he will comply. Meanwhile, he is moving ahead
with the grand jury.
As for Gov. Nixon, he revealed his closed mind by demanding the “vigorous prosecution” of a cop who has not
even been charged and by calling repeatedly for “justice for
[Brown’s] family” but not Wilson’s.
What has been going on for two weeks now in Ferguson, with the ceaseless vilification of Darren Wilson and the
clamor to arrest him, is anti-American. It is a mob howl for
summary judgment, when this case cries out, not for a rush
to judgment, but for a long tedious search for the whole truth
of what happened that tragic day.
Four conflicting stories have emerged.
The initial version was uncomplicated. On August 9,
around noon, Brown and a companion were walking in the
street and blocking traffic when ordered by Wilson to move
onto the sidewalk.
Brown balked, a scuffle ensued. Wilson pulled out his
gun and shot him six times, leaving Brown dead in the street.
Open and shut. A white cop, sassed by a black kid, goes
berserk and empties his gun.
Lately, however, another version has emerged.
Fifteen minutes before the shooting, Brown was caught
on videotape manhandling and menacing a clerk at a convenience store he was robbing of a $44 box of cigars.
A woman, in contact with Wilson, called a radio station
to say that Brown and Wilson fought in the patrol car and
Brown had gone for the officer’s gun, which went off.
When Brown backed away, Wilson pointed his gun and
told him to freeze. Brown held up his hands, then charged.
Wilson then shot the 6’4,” 292-pound Brown six times, with
the last bullet entering the skull.
St. Louis County police then leaked that Wilson had been
beaten “severely” in the face and suffered the fracture of an
eye socket.
Brown’s companion, Dorian Johnson, says Brown was
running away when Wilson began to fire.
But, according to the autopsies, all of the bullets hit Brown
in the front. ABC now reports that Dorian Johnson has previously been charged with filing a false police report.
If the first version is true, Wilson is guilty. If the second is
true, Brown committed two felonies before being shot, and

If there is any public official who should recuse himself
from any role in this investigation, it is not Robert McCulloch
but Eric Holder.
Holder has a lifelong, almost Sharpton-like, obsession
with race.
Three weeks in office, he declared America a “nation of
cowards” for refusing to discuss race more. Arriving in St.
Louis, he declared, “I am the attorney general of the United
States. But I am also a black man.”
Query. What is the chief law enforcement officer of the
United States, who is heading up the federal investigation
of the shooting of a black teenager by a white cop, doing
declaring his racial solidarity?
Holder then related several incidents that have stuck in
his craw:
“I can remember being stopped on the New Jersey turnpike on two occasions and accused of speeding. Pulled
over. … ‘Let me search your car.’ … Go through the trunk
of my car, look under the seats and all this kind of stuff. I remember how humiliating that was and how angry I was and
the impact it had on me.”
Holder also spoke of being stopped by a cop in Georgetown when he was running to the movies.
Fine. The Great Man is outraged by such indignities.
But the mindset exhibited here raises a grave question as
to whether Eric Holder can objectively lead an investigation
of a white cop who shot a black teenager. In Eric Holder’s
mind, the verdict already seems in.
Any defense attorney would have Eric Holder tossed out
of a jury pool, as soon as he started to vent like this.
If Holder has made up his mind about what happened in
Ferguson that Saturday, fine. He is entitled to his opinion. But
someone who has already decided officer Wilson’s actions
are consistent with a racist police pattern he has observed
personally should not be passing judgment on whether officer Wilson goes on trial for his life.
President Obama says he does not want to put “my
thumb upon the scales” of justice. He should take Eric Holder’s thumb off.

Hate crimes the media does not want you to know about.

In 2012, a mob of blacks attacked two white couples at
a McDonald’s right next to Texas A&M University in College
Station. This is an area that has a reputation of being safe.
Two of the white victims died. If the races had been reversed,
this would have been the biggest news story in the USA.
Instead it was completely hidden. It took two years just for
us to learn about it. We only found out about the crime in July
of 2014, because of a civil lawsuit against the McDonald’s.
Major media bosses now openly admit to censoring black
crime in the United States. So it is hard to document how
many such racially motivated black on white crimes are really occurring.
These are all recent black on white murders, mob attacks, and more that occurred recently. Note that many of
these crimes would have been major national news stories if
the races had been reversed.
One of the crimes mentioned below is a black on white
spree killing in which five people were killed. The killer is
also suspected of killing two white teenagers in 1998. If the
races were reversed, this would be the biggest news story in
America for weeks. Ten years from now the national media
would still be bringing it up. Instead it is a just a local Kansas
City story.
It is safe to say that what is reported below is just a drop
in the bucket.
July Week 1
A young white man is skateboarding in the majority black
town of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Three black males abduct him
at random. He is then beaten, shot, run over, and left for
dead. He miraculously survives.

trend on the part of leftists in both the local and national Corrupt Leftist Media (CLM) to obscure the race of violent black
felons, lest the public be inadvertently led to the “wrong”
conclusions about the predatory, violent nature of the black
race.
In most crime reportage, the race of violent black offenders is carefully “spiked” by the CLM, and it is universally
spiked when blacks commit violent felonies against
a white victim. Even where

might be of some value in
identifying a suspect “at
large,” the perpetrator’s
race is scrupulously hidden from the public whenever he is black.
One hears very little
about black-on-white violent felonies because there
is a formal policy on the

and to white women in
particular.
Recently, the so-called “Society of Professional Journalists” reached the collective decision that the CLM has not
gone far enough in obscuring such vital information, and that
the “profession” should establish a formal policy to censor
the race of violent criminal suspects except in “extraordinary” situations.
The motives of the CLM are not difficult to interpret, however, whether they remain an unspoken conspiracy or they
are formally acknowledged, as the misnamed “Society of
Professional Journalists” has obligingly done.

For more than 60 years, whites have been indoctrinated
with the patent falsehood that “we are all the same, except
for skin color,” or that “race is an artificial construct.”
The Corrupt Leftist Media, the public schools, and the
entertainment industry have been particularly aggressive in
promoting this narrative, and their efforts have ushered in
many calamitous and destructive policies, such as so-called
“Affirmative-Action,” and the forced integration of schools,
workplaces, and residential neighborhoods.
If the Corrupt Leftist Media were to accurately report
the massively disproportionate nature of blackon-white violent crimes,
it might alert whites to

Obtaining the ARA/Antifa Terrorist Attack Video
The Ashford House Attack

State and federal open records acts—such as the federal Freedom of Information Act—are fun to utilize, because
one never knows what kinds of treasures one will find. For
example, I managed to get the FBI’s records on Francis
Parker Yockey—all 1,800 pages or so of them—, and there
are a number of gems in there, such as how the FBI believed that Yockey wrote speeches for Sen. Joe McCarthy
because a rough draft of one of the late anti-communist senator’s speeches was found in Yockey’s apartment and how
Yockey—while in custody—required his felony prisoners to
sing “Sink the Bismarck” for his entertainment, but he forced
them to omit the last portion of the song because “that’s
where it gets sunk.”
On another occasion, I discovered that the FBI provided
INTERPOL—an international law enforcement organization—dossiers on American citizens who espoused anticommunist beliefs—such as Revilo P. Oliver. The FBI was
happy to provide the reports to the international organization, thereby demonstrating that they were keeping dossiers
on American political dissidents accused of no criminal activity and had no qualms with relaying information about our
people to foreign governments so that the foreign governments could, likewise, maintain such lists.
Most recently, however, a jewel I found by way of an open
records act request was that which I acquired from the Village of Tinley Park, Illinois, regarding the attack on the Ashford House restaurant by eighteen leftists: almost an hourand-a-half of audio footage featuring radio transmissions
and phone calls between 911 dispatchers, police officers,
firemen, paramedics, and victims, as well as video footage
from CCTV cameras of the leftists attacking the patrons of
the Ashford House restaurant and the Marxists meeting at
a nearby Five Guys restaurant from which they staged their
attack.
On May 19, 2012, a mob of roughly two-dozen masked
leftists armed with crowbars, baseball bats, knives, batons,
and other weapons stormed the Ashford House. Their target
was a group of right-wingers who were peacefully conducting a private meeting at which they discussed the state of
the economy. The Ashford House was subjected to damage
in an amount of over ten thousand dollars, and three restaurant patrons were sent to the hospital through the actions of
the leftists.
During their escape, five of the leftists who had purportedly engaged in the attack were caught by police officers.
Leftists nationwide dubbed these individuals the “Tinley Park
Five” and portrayed them as hapless political prisoners who
did nothing wrong. Collectively, the bail of the Tinley Park
Five was set at nearly one million dollars for the multitude of
felonies that they are alleged to have committed.
Although the media is often quick to seek—and the police
and prosecutors are eager to release—to the public video
footage and pictures of suspected criminals, no journalist
sought the video and audio footage of the attack. On June

17—less than a month after the incident—, I sent a request
per the Illinois Freedom of Information Act to Tinley Park to
demand that which was eventually released to me. However,
just four days after I sent them the open records act request,
the Tinley Park government denied my request in full on the
basis that release to me of any records would compromise
their entire criminal investigation.
On June 23 I filed an administrative appeal with the Illinois Attorney General to demand that they review the denial
of my request, on July 17 Tinley Park’s retained law firm of
Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins, Ltd., filed a response to my appeal,
and on July 31 I filed my surreply to Tinley Park’s response
to my appeal. I very infrequently heard from the Illinois Attorney General while my appeal was pending: they ignored
some of my written letters to them and had the rest returned
to me, they ignored my emails, and their phone was set so
as to not accept incoming calls from outside of Illinois. The
only times I heard back from the Illinois Attorney General
was when they sent me automated emails to inform me that
the appeal was still being considered.
On January 31, 2014, I emailed two options to the lawyers for Tinley Park: either provide me with the records or
their client gets sued and I get a court to compel them to give
to me the records and money for me being inconvenienced.
Tinley Park elected to provide me with the goods, and upon
receiving them, they were sent to American Renaissance to
be condensed into an action-packed video to be widely distributed.
As can be seen in the video, a throng of armed and
masked leftists wrecked utter chaos on innocents gathered at the family restaurant by storming the establishment,
smashing dinner plates with hammers, pushing and punching patrons, throwing chairs at onlookers, flipping tables,
and causing so much injury that a responding police officer
commanded the 911 dispatcher to summon half a dozen ambulances.
As can be heard in the audio footage, the patrons suffered sheer terror: the panic in their voices was palpable
when they were crying for help, making exclamations about
bloodied victims, and describing the barbaric behavior of the
leftists. The police issued an all-points bulletin about the fracas and contacted nearby municipalities to send reinforcements. One municipality responding to the Tinley Park law
enforcement’s pleas for assistance offered to scramble their
police helicopter to hunt down the fleeing leftists.
Although the leftists were clearly—and solely—responsible for the attack on the Ashford House, the communists
and their fellow travelers quickly went into damage control
to try to cast blame on the nationalists who wanted nothing
more than to privately meet and discuss politics. The lawyers
for the leftists who were caught and prosecuted hailed the
Marxists as heroes, and one lawyer preposterously claimed
that the prosecutor was representing “white supremacists”
by prosecuting the thugs on behalf of the state. The mayor
of Tinley Park, Edward Zabrocki, called the Ashford House
attack in an interview “totally bizarre” and claimed that the

SPLC refuses to condemn left-wing violence;
Openly romanticizes Chicago terrorist attack

SPLC admits that the ARA/Antifa, an international Marxist
gang network, engages in serious mob violence. However,
they romanticize the violence and never explicitly condemn
it. In a recent issue of the SPLC magazine, the headline
story was an interview with members of one of the gang’s
operations that was directly involved in the terrorist attack on
a restaurant in Tinley Park, IL. In a bold font sub-headline
the SPLC praised the gang members as “a constructive
force.”
For a while now, the
Southern Poverty Law
Center [SPLC] has been
actively promoting this
violent gang network. The
SPLC website routinely
posts interviews with the
gang’s leaders, who are
portrayed as righteous
good guys. The SPLC
website has repeatedly
posted links to the gangs
primary American umbrella website. This website has a thirteen year history of
promoting and encouraging violence. The webmaster himself was present at the scene of a violent felony attack on a
conservative activist in Pennsylvania in 2012. The webmaster has also bragged on Facebook about being involved in
other violence.
Even after SPLC spokesman Mark Potok told the Chicago media that the gang network “did more harm than good,”
the SPLC website has continued to promote them.
ARA [Anti-Racist Action] is the American name for Antifa
[Anti-Facism], which is a large loose knit international network of violent Marxist gangs. The network includes gangs
with patched members, as well as casual participants. The
SPLC actually admits that the gang is violent and states that
this violence “goes back decades.” However the SPLC refuses to condemn them. The SPLC romanticizes them with
the title “flawed freedom fighters,” as if to make their violence seem cool.
The SPLC downplays the brutal Tinley Park restaurant
attack that occurred last year. About eighteen masked ARA
members stormed a Chicago area restaurant swinging
baseball bats and metal clubs at diners. A group calling itself
the “Illinois Heritage Association,” was having a meeting at
the restaurant. Nearly half the victims were not even part of

violence.
The SPLC profiles a member of HARM, the Indiana
branch of the ARA. He is portrayed as a good guy, even
though he refuses to even
give his real name. The
SPLC does not mention
that the insignia of HARM
includes two crossed
baseball bats. The profile
picture for the HARM twitter account, which might
be run by the same guy

picture of a wrench with
the word “direct action

of tweets, many of which are extremely violent.
The SPLC was specifically talking about HARM when
they used the characterization “a constructive force.”
Five members of HARM are currently in prison for their roles
in the brutal Tinley Park terrorist attack.
The caustic rhetoric of the SPLC recently inspired an attempted mass murder in Washington, DC against the Family Research Council. Fortunately, the perp was only able
to maim one person before he was subdued. The perp is
the first person to be charged as a terrorist under DC’s new
anti-terrorism law. He told police he decided to target the
Family Research Council after reading incendiary rhetoric
the SPLC wrote about the group.
You would think the SPLC would refrain from openly romanticizing a violent gang after all the bad press they got.
SPLC appeared to openly fantasized about violence
against members of the CofCC.
The SPLC also falsly claimed that members of the CofCC
were among the victims of the attack. This claim was bizarre
and disturbing. It suggested that staff members of the SPLC
were fantasizing about and/or subtly encouraging left-wing
gang members to attack CofCC members.

On April 26-27, the Southeast Alabama CofCC
chapter attended the 2014 American Renaissance
conference in Burns, TN, and Brad Griffin, Chapter
Leader, briefly addressed the audience about the disorganization, apathy, and isolation that prevails in the

On May 9th, the Southeast Alabama CofCC chapter
participated in a Southern Marriage & Family Defense
Rally sponsored by the League of the South in Montgomery, AL at SPLC headquarters. Like the previous
Southern Marriage & Family Defense Rally in Richmond, VA, the purpose of this rally was to protest the
SPLC’s lawsuit against Alabama’s constitutional ban
on homosexual marriage. Brad Griffin, Chapter
Leader, was interviewed by WAKA and appeared on
the evening news, and the CofCC’s participation in the
rally was noted in The Montgomery Advertiser. Approximately 50 activists participated in the demonstration.
On June 27-28, the Southeast Alabama CofCC
chapter attended the 2014 League of the South National Conference in Wetumpka, AL and Brad Griffin,
Chapter Leader, delivered a speech called “Southern
Nationalism & The Media.” Afterwards, the Southeast
Alabama CofCC chapter participated in the first “Immigration Hurts Southern Workers” demonstration at a
busy intersection in Wetumpka. Approximately 60 activists participated in the event.
On August 9th, the Southeast Alabama and Mississippi Chapters coordinated and jointly participated
in a Confederate Flag rally called “Marching Through
Oxford”in Oxford, MS which was organized to protest
political correctness run amok at ole Miss. Over 50 activists participated in the event.
In mid-August, the Chapter Leader traveled to the
CofCC National Conference in Nashville, TN and he
addressed the audience on “How To Deal With The
Media”. He also appeared on the Political Cesspool
radio program which was broadcast from the Conference.
The Chapter will participate in the “Southern Marriage & Family Defense” demonstration in Little Rock,
AR on September 13th. This rally will protest the decision by a State judge that struck down the Arkansas
ban on gay marriage.
In the future, the Southeast Alabama CofCC chapter is planning to hold a demonstration in either Albertville, Union Springs, or Enterprise, AL to protest how
the poultry industry, specifically Wayne Farms, has become a magnet for illegal aliens in Alabama. CofCC

The Florida and Southeast Alabama Chapters are
planning to conduct an “Immigration hurts Southern
Workers” demonstration in Apopka, FL. on September
20th. This rally will focus on the resettlement of Third
World “refugees” in the Orlando metro area.
Georgia
The Georgia and Southeast Alabama chapters participated in the “Immigration Hurts Southern Workers”
demonstrations in Gainesville and Oakwood, GA held
on August 23rd. These rallies focused attention on how
the poultry industry has attracted thousands of illegal
aliens from Mexico and Central America to northeast
Georgia to compete with US citizens for low wage jobs.
Over 75 demonstrators participated in each of these
rallies.

Maryland/DC
The Chapter had an event in June combining a meal
at a local restaurant followed by dessert at a private
home where presentations were scheduled to cover
both the recent electoral successes in Europe by right
wing/nationalist political parties and the rise of China
as a military, economic, and power to rival American
hegemony worldwide and what that could portend for
White nationalism in the US. As it turned out, the discussions on European politics consumed all the presentation time with the discussion on China postponed
to a later meeting. Copies of the July/August issue of
Heritage&Destiny(H&D) newsletter were given to at-

tendees which discussed in detail the results of the
European elections, country by country, from a nationalist perspective. Whereas other media characterized
the elections as generally very positive for nationalists,
the H&D article heading was,”Worst nationalist election results in 25 years”. This issue of H&D also had a
positive story on the American Renaissance(AmRen)
conference held just after Easter near Nashville, TN.
Getting back to the chapter event in June, the camaraderie generated at the event was so intense that the
meeting ran until 1:30 AM in the morning with all participants staying until the end.
This chapter had a table at the said AmRen conference where large quantities of Citizens Informers and
other literature, books, and lapel pins were distributed.
This was in addition to the “regular” CofCC table where
the Citizens Informer was distributed.
The Chapter Director(as well as the Pennsylvania
CofCC Chapter Director, Mr. Kim Taylor) attended a regional meeting of the American Freedom Union(AFU)
(see www.anu.org) on July 26th in Carlisle, PA. This organization’s goals closely parallel those of the CofCC.
The AFU Director, Don Wassall, was a recent CofCC
chapter director and is still active in CofCC activities.
Long-time political activist Harry Bertram, who has run
for several political offices as an avowed nationalist in
WV, spoke about the many varieties of activism that
are currently being underutilized by American nationalists. 2012 Presidential candidate Merlin Miller spoke in
favor of a populist approach to gain the attention and
affection of the great mass of lower and middle-class
Whites. All attendees agreed that better forms of cooperation among essentially like-minded individuals and
groups must be forged.
Mr. Secular appeared on the Sonny Thomas internet radio show(www.sonnythomas.com) on July 31st
where CofCC activities and issues were discussed.
Listeners were invited to obtain the Citizens informer,
the chapter’s monthly newsletter, and other patriotic
literature from Mr. Secular. Several CofCC “personalities” have appeared recently on this radio show, which
can also be heard via telephone. Mr. Thomas is the
Ohio CofCC Director.
The chapter monthly newsletter program is in high
gear with 8 monthly newsletters produced thus far. The
newsletter program began in January and is described
in detail in the last Citizens Informer. The May 2014
newsletter discusses Philippe Rushton’s landmark
book, “Race, Evolution, and Behavior” which provides
a strong foundation for rehabilitating race as a biological concept. The June and July 2014 newsletters
continue the arguments begun in the May newsletter
with particular emphasis on the disparities in mental

abilities among the races. To be added to the subscription list for the newsletter and to request past issues,
please contact Mr. Secular.
The literature distribution program described in the
last Citizen Informer has crystallized into the “Salty
Sid” literature subscription service with a very colorful,
professional circular/ordering form being distributed to
CofCC members and others. This service includes the
aforesaid monthly newsletters and the occasional incisive essays by chapter member, Mr. Thomas Conway,
plus 6 or more newsletters and newspapers. Please
contact Mr. Secular for a copy of this circular/order
form.
The next chapter meeting is set for Sat., September
27, 2014 with more meetings in the pipeline for the remainder of 2014.

Mississippi
The Webster County CofCC chapter has been holding very well attended regular monthly meetings. An
eminient State judge addressed the June 2014 meeting. In July, Rev. Benny Hill a Baptist minister and
Council member spoke about recent state and local
political developments and the liberal takeover of the
churches.
The Webster Council was organized early in the
history of CofCC in May, 1983 with the late George
Allday as first President. Donald Woods and Dale Orr
continued to maintain an active chapter subsequently
for long terms as President.. Their meetings have featured candidates and office holders for the U.S. Senate, Governor, State Supreme Court, local elected officials, and pastors as guest speakers.
The Carroll County Council discontinued meetings
for the summer due to vacations and other activities of
its members. The Council is working on a meeting that
will have as guest speaker, the Reverend Dennis McKay, one of the founders of the Carroll Academy, a Christian school for grades 1-12. This school was founded in
the mid-1960s with Bill Lord as its President.
The Calhoun County Council is in the process of
recruiting a new leader and field recruiter since Earl
Mayhan, its dedicated leader is now in a nursing home.
The Jackson Council is enjoying a brief summer
hiatus and will resume meetings very shortly.
On August 9th, the MS State Chapters and the
Southeast Alabama Chapter coordinated and jointly
participated in a Confederate Flag rally called ,”Marching Through Oxford” in Oxford, MS which was organized to protest political correctness run amok at Ole

St. Louis Area CofCC members attended and participated in the Confederate Memorial Day observance
sponsored by the Major Utz Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp on Sunday, May 4, 2014, held at old Fee
Fee Cemetery in St. Louis County. A bigger than usual
attendance enjoyed wonderful weather for the event.

New York, Upstate
The NY Upstate chapter is still interviewing candidates to succeed the current director due to age and
health issues. A package of materials was sent to a
prospect in Schenectady, NY who appears to be a candidate for CofCC membership. Chapter members can

can serve to alleviate the feelings of isolation members may have in the very rural area of far upstate NY
in that they can see the progress being made around

New York, NYC
The Chapter is planning on becoming active to
promote the GOP candidacy of Bob Astorino who is
running for NY Governor against Democrat Andrew
Cuomo. The housing issues involving Democrat initiatives to spread minority populations into stable, mainly
White middle class areas are of critical importance to
the future of the area. Chapter members are encouraged to volunteer to make telephone calls, hand out
literature, and attend meetings/rallies for Astorino and
generally boost his support. Please contact chapter

activities in general.
In Elmhurst, NY in the borough of Queens, the
City has been quietly moving 216 homeless families
into the former Pan American Hotel(shuttered after
50 years in business) and converting it into a mas-

sive homeless shelter without telling local officials or
neigborhood residents about it. It is to be known as
the Samaritan Village homeless shelter. Once it became the subject of an article in the local media, a
huge neighborhood clamor erupted to stop this project in its tracks. Cognizant City Councilman Daniel
Dromm, who claims he was never notified of this new
project, intends to hold hearings soon, hoping to undo
the project. Neighborhood representatives argue that
the project will overburden the school district and lower
property taxes. These are code expressions, of course,
that the predominantly Asian and White local residents
use to counter the movement of undesirable minorities
into their area and not make the development into a

Mr. Aiello is also spearheading an effort to get the
US Postal Service to spotlight the contributions of

The NC CofCC chapter will be meeting in the near

involved in assisting patriotic political candidates to

will be capitalizing on the fact that a local church will be
holding Oktoberfest celebrations on these Saturdays
and attendees will be passing his booth to get to the
Oktoberfest.

Mr. Thomas was elected Warren County, OH GOP
Precinct Captain and will be running for positions on
the Warren County GOP Central Committee and the
OH State GOP Central Committee in 2015. To further
these efforts, he has established the site, www.thomasforohio.org with videos and candidate pages for
viewing. He promotes Tea Party principles on this site
as well.
Mr. Thomas is considering applying to become the
local representative for the new Project Freedom USA
Initiative which is run by former Congressman Jim
Traficant, with Jim Condit as a national organizer. This
exceedingly bold initiative seeks to eliminate all income and payroll taxes, end corporate income taxes,
end taxes on Social Security and Medicare, abolish the
IRS, replace national taxes with a flat 15% national retail sales tax, and reduce the size of the Federal Government by 30%, among other landmark propositions.

Constitution(IOTC), a paleoconservative think tank
and educational institute from Pasadena, MD, founded
by 2004 Constitution Party candidate, Mr. Michael Peroutka. IOTC sponsors a 12 week course covering the

Tennessee, Central
We were saddened to learn that our longtime
friend and faithful CofCC life member John Henderson passed away in May. John served as our chapter chaplain. For years he led our opening prayer at
meetings. Each January when we met to honor the
anniversary of Robert E. Lee’s birthday, John delivered
a talk on Robert E. Lee, the Christian. Chapter members gathered in Franklin where we paid homage to our
friend John. Those present recounted fond memories
of John’s involvement in the CofCC. A display was set
up with photos of John giving talks and having enjoyable fellowship with us at chapter meetings.
John set a great example for all of us. We will miss
him more than words can convey. It can be truthfully
said that we never had a more beloved member.
At our most recent meeting we enjoyed listening as
panelists discussed the topic of “The Real Abraham
Lincoln.” Gene Andrews and Bill Powell each made
fascinating talks on that subject. Bill also discussed
the 14th and 16th amendments from a scholarly viewpoint. We really appreciate their research. At the close

Tennessee, Eastern
Throughout the Spring and early Summer, the
State of Franklin/East TN CofCC has been working
on the campaign trail, distributing literature, making
phone calls, and otherwise aiding Tea Party candidates against their RHINO incumbents and hopefuls.
We have marched and rallied against a growing Leftist community in Knoxville several times concerning
homosexual marriage and many other anti-Christian/
Western issues that have sprung up due to their meddling. From backyard BBQ’s, weekend bonfires, and
street side activism we are continuing to fight against
the loud, pushy liberal minority in East TN, recruiting
and gaining critical amounts of local support

The CofCC website had another incredible run of
traffic in late August. A white US Marine was pursued
down a street, brutally attacked, and left in a coma in
West Point, MS. The attackers were all black and targeted him solely because he is white. They screamed
racial slurs during the attack. References to Micheal
Brown were made.
The media tried to censor the story. However, CofCC
played a major role in getting the story out. The website
received 100K unique visitors on August 26th and 82k
on August 27th. The majority of the traffic came from
viral Facebook sharing of the story.
What was even more incredible was how geographically concentrated much of the incoming traffic was.
Nearby Haitiesburg, MS has only 47k people and is
only 49% white. However, the website was visited by
Haitiesburg IP addresses 5,694 times during the two
day period. There were 1,212 visits from Starkville, MS
which has only 23,888 people. Incredibly, the town of
Wayneboro, GA has only 5,766 people and the site got
997 visits from this town.
There were many other towns and small cities with
huge amounts of traffic. These geographical spikes
show the power of social media.

Political Cesspool Radio Show
The Political Cesspool had one of their biggest and
most important guests ever. Anthony Cumia, one of the
top three biggest stars of Satellite Radio and co-host
of the Opie & Anthony Show, appeared on the Political
Cesspool radio.
Anthony Cumia was recently attacked by a black
woman in Times Square who called him racial slurs.
Cumia said that several black men immediately rushed
in to back up the attacker.
Cumia was then fired by Sirius XM radio for calling
his attacker “a savage” on twitter. Now Cumia is launching a completely uncensored internet radio show.

The History of Appalachia

I have spent years tracing the origins of the plantation
civilization of the Deep South back to the Caribbean and the
wider “Golden Circle” region. I’ve always said that the story
of the Southern highlands, particularly the Scots-Irish migration to the Upper South, is just as important to understanding
the evolution of Southern culture. Indeed, the former can’t
be understood without the latter, as the plantation civilization
that grew up in every Southern state (with the possible exception of Florida) existed in symbiosis with its own version
of the backcountry.
War and Frontier Settlement, 1730 to 1830
In 1730, the Appalachian Mountains were dominated by
the powerful Iroquois Confederacy
at its northern end in New York and
Pennsylvania and by the Cherokee at
its southern end in east Tennessee,
western North Carolina, north Georgia, and northwestern South Carolina. Both the Iroquois and the Cherokee who dominated Appalachia were
distantly related Iroquoian-speaking
Indian nations while the wandering
Shawnee, who eventually ended up
claiming parts of Kentucky and West
Virginia, were an Algonquin-speaking
Indian nation.
By this time, the 13 American
colonies had sprung up along the
eastern seaboard, and between them
five regional sub-cultures had evolved: Yankeedom in New
England; Deep South in coastal Georgia and South Carolina; Tidewater in coastal Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and
North Carolina; New Amsterdam around New York City; and
Midlands in southeastern Pennsylvania and the adjacent
parts of New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. The French
had also established themselves as a North American power
in Quebec and the Mississippi Valley from which they cultivated a network of Indian alliances.
Philadelphia is where the story of Appalachia as we
know it begins. Between 1715 and the American Revolution
in 1776, 250,000 Scots-Irish Presbyterians from Northern
Ireland and the English/Scottish borderlands and nearly as
many Rhineland Germans immigrated to the American colonies, where they initially settled in the Midlands in Quakerdominated Pennsylvania. The Scots-Irish and the Rhineland
Germans immigrated to the American colonies in search of
religious and economic freedom and to escape the incessant warfare of their homelands.
The Germans were the first to move southwest from Philadelphia into the Great Valley of Appalachia. They “spread
into Maryland, founding Frederick, and then crossed the

Potomac River to found Shepherdstown, (West) Virginia in
1727.” They established some of the earliest settlements in
the Shenandoah Valley. The Moravians settled the Wachovia
Tract in the Yadkin Valley. Eventually, the Germans settled in
the South Carolina Upcountry around modern Greenville. In
fact, South Carolina’s mustard based barbeque sauce has
its origin in its early German settlers. Most of the German
population moved west though from Philadelphia into the
northern Appalachian Mountains.
The Scots-Irish poured southwest down through the
Great Valley in much greater numbers and spread over a
vastly greater area. Unlike the Germans who were “generally politically apathetic” farmers, the Scots-Irish were “fierce
Indian fighters” and were “very political active.” Demographically, they overwhelmed the Germans, and the Appalachian
backcountry soon became synonymous with Scots-Irish
culture and political leadership – only

lasting German cultural contributions
to Appalachia.
It is less well known that “as many
as a third” of the White settlers who
colonized Appalachia were English settlers from the Tidewater and
Deep South colonies of the eastern
seaboard. Maryland, Virginia, North
Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia each sliced an east/west section
of the “backcountry” out of the Appalachian Mountains. The eastern seaboard colonies would later be joined
by Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. In such a way, the
slavery that prevailed in the lowlands colonized the highlands, where 10 percent of the population has always been
black.
The British and French were continuously at war through
most of the seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries.
The “most decisive” war though for control of North America
was the French and Indian War (1754-1763) which resulted
in the fall of Quebec and the expulsion of the French from
the continent. The British fought the Cherokee from 17591761 and the Shawnee in Lord Dunmore’s War in 1774. The
Cherokee and the Iroquois, who are ironically labeled “Native Americans,” fought on the British side in the American
Revolution, and their defeat in that conflict spelled the end of
their long domination of the Appalachian Mountains, which
quickly became a “White Man’s Country.”
Appalachia played no part in the “constitutional revolution
of 1787-1789” which was “largely a product of the eastern
seaboard. No western leader was prominent in the constitutional debates in Philadelphia.” Although the Scots-Irish

Much of Appalachia fought for the Union in the War
Between the States. These mountaineers were repaid for
their loyalty to the United States by the onset of a predatory
Northern corporate colonialism more extreme than anything
else found in the ex-Confederacy.
First came the Northern timber lords – such companies
as the Kentucky Coal and Timber Company of New York;
the Chicago Lumber Company; the American Associates
Ltd of London, England; Burt and Babb Lumber Company
of Michigan; the Yellow Popular Lumber Company of Ohio;
and W.M. Ritter of Pennsylvania – who made large fortunes
denuding large swathes of the Appalachian Forest, one of
the most biologically diverse regions in the world, between
1880 and 1920.
Next came the Northern railroads during Reconstruction
– railroad interests, for example, carved West Virginia out
of Virginia – which rebuilt the wrecked Southern lines and
strangled the commerce
of the region with exorbitant rates.
Most famously, these
railroads serviced the
Northern coal companies
which came into “western Maryland, western
Pennsylvania, northern
West Virginia and northern Alabama during the
1860s. During the 1870s,
the buyers went into central Tennessee, then into
southern West Virginia
in the 1880s, and finally
into eastern Kentucky in
the 1910s.” These buyers used the Broadform
Deed to swindle the minerals rights to vast fortunes of coal away from yeoman farmers. In 1901, Tennessee Coal and Iron Company was folded
into the U.S. Steel Corporation, and Birmingham became
an industrial colony of Pittsburgh. By the 1890s, most of Appalachia had been transformed into an industrial colony of
Northern coal and railroad interests.
The coal companies built “company towns” in Central Appalachia – largely synonymous with the coal fields of eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, East Tennessee – and reduced
the people who lived there to serfdom. The coal companies
paid their employees in script redeemable only at company stores. They controlled the churches, the hospitals, the
county government, the sheriff’s department and the police,
which were used to coerce miners into low wages and extreme working conditions.
In the Smoky Mountains, rich Northerners like George
Washington Vanderbilt bought up scenic areas like Asheville, and urban middle class Northerners used the federal
government to buy up millions of acres of land to create
what would later become “The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.” Unlike in the Western states, yeoman farmers

had lived there as private landowners for generations, and
countless thousands of them were evicted from their land to
accommodate tourists.
While the Appalachian yeoman farmer had successfully
fended off the threat of plantation capitalism, he succumbed
to industrial capitalism. It was during this period that “Appalachia” sunk into extreme poverty and was “discovered”
by the literate Northern middle class. Because of President
Andrew Johnson and “Parson” Brownlow, Northerners had
become vaguely aware of the “loyal mountaineer” during the

Rise and Decline of the Welfare State, 1930 to 2000

To Understand the Ferguson Riots, Look to Africa

The con works like this: Blacks claim racism. They
scream and demonstrate. Their leaders fly in to pump up the
excitement. The lickspittle press clucks about oppression.
Lickspittle whites join the demonstrations. Eventually the
facts come out, and they are nothing like what was initially
claimed–but it makes no difference. Blacks are so drunk on
indignation that facts don’t matter, and whites are so drunk
on self righteousness they can’t see they were flimflammed.
We’ve seen this over and over: Trayvon Martin, the
Duke Rape Hoax, the Jena
Six, Tawana Brawley, the
“Compton
Cookout”/UC
San Diego fraud, and America’s never-ending stream
of hate-crime hoaxes. Why
do we always fall for the
same trick? First, we have
Africa in our midst. Second,
our rulers don’t realize we
have Africa in our midst.
It may be that the police
shooting of Michael Brown
in Ferguson, Missouri, that
touched off a week of black
riots was unjustified. But let
us recall the very first version of events–the one that
sent blacks screaming into
the streets.
Brown’s pal, Dorian Johnson, went on the air and claimed
that he and Brown were walking in the middle of the street, a
white cop told them to get on the sidewalk, and then blazed
away at Brown when he refused. He says Brown had his
hands in the air and was saying “I don’t have a gun. Don’t
shoot,” when the cop poured lead into him from 20 or 30 feet
away.
There is probably not a single sworn peace officer anywhere in the United States who would shoot an unarmed
man with his hands in the air from 20 feet away. That’s
about as likely as an entire white lacrosse team gang-raping
a black stripper. But that is what the press reported–along

with a vague police account of a struggle for the officer’s
gun–and it sent thousands of people into the streets running
