Speaker Release I, _______________________________________________________, by my signature below, authorize collaborative innovation networks COINs 2010 Conference to: • Create audiotapes, video recordings, motion pictures, records, photographs, notes and/or transcripts of my presentation at [name of event] collaborative innovation networks COINs 2010 Conference, on [dates of event] October 7 through October 9, 2010, hosted at the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), Savannah, Georgia, including but not limited to my slides, handouts, likeness, voice and name (the “Presentation Materials”); Prepare derivative works from the Presentation Materials; and Use, edit, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, display, publish, perform the Presentation Materials, or any excerpt thereof, and any derivative works, as still photographs, transparencies, motion pictures, television, video, sound recordings, electronic images, videos, web pages, transcripts, documents, files, or other medium in connection with collaborative innovation networks COINs 2010 Conference education programs, intranet or public web sites, or for educational, scholarly, research, or any other use, by collaborative innovation networks COINs 2010 Conference, or a third party, at the sole discretion of the collaborative innovation networks COINs 2010 Conference.
