ABOUT US
After many years of offering courses at separate locations in Fort Wayne, Indiana University and Purdue University opened the combined campus of IPFW in 1964. Offering more than 180 programs of study, IPFW is the most comprehensive university in northeast Indiana. Along with an NCAA Division I athletic program, students participate in nearly 100 different student organizations . The Communicator is the official student newspaper of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, publishing 4,000 copies weekly during the school year. The Communicator was recently the recipient of eight awards at the Indiana College Press Association’s annual convention, including Best Overall Design, Best Special Section Front Cover, Best News Photo, among others. Advertising opportunities for the 2011-2012 school year include display and color advertising, premium display space, free-standing inserts, online advertising, and participation in one of our many special issues.
