Compare and Contrast Two Cities

COMPARE AND CONTRAST TWO CITIES
The city is an urban area in which dominates the industry and services, cities can
be recognized by the large amount of urbanized area. However, they all aren’t the
same. This essay compares at two important cities in Colombia.
The largest city in Colombia is Bogotá (1.587 Km 2), in 2014 the population was 7.8
million and this city is very important in the industrial sector. On the other hand,
Bogotá is characterized by cold weather.
Unlike Bogotá, Armenia is a mid city (140 Km 2) with 24.939 inhabitants reported in
2015. This city is very important in agruculture and is characterized by warm
weather.
To summarise, Bogotá is bigger and colder than Armenia but Armenia is famous by
farming production, in contrast, Bogotá is very important in the industrial sector. In
Bogotá the population was 7.8 million, whereas the Armenia’s population was
24.939. In conclusión, we can see that these two cities have more differences tan
similarities, but they but are very important in our country.
