I ( we) the undersigned authorize Technocel to charge the aforementioned credit card account for the purpose of purchasing wireless phone accessories. This
authorization will be kept on file for future purchases unless otherwise advised.
The information in this application is for the purpose of obtaining credit and is represented by the application to be true and complete. The applicant authorizes
F.T.C. to investigate all credit references and any other matter pertaining to its financial responsibility. The undersigned authorizes its bank(s) and creditors to
submit complete information for the purpose of credit evaluation. Technocel is a registered trademark of Foreign Trade Corporation. F.T.C. and buyer hereby
agree that F.T.C. will retain all rights, titles, and interest in goods, supplies and merchandise shipped and delivered to buyer until buyer makes payment in full
in addition to F.T.C. other rights and remedies as provided by law. In the event buyer shall fail to make full payment pursuant to the terms hereof. F.T.C. shall
have the right to enter buyer premises during normal working hours and in a reasonable manner take possession of the goods. It’s further agreed that the buyer
shall indemnify F.T.C. harmless from any and all claims of third parties in the event F.T.C. is required to take legal action to enforce its rights for the goods or
the price thereof. Buyer agrees to pay all of F.T.C. cost and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses necessary to
enforce F.T.C. rights. Terms are based on shipped date, not received date. Invoices not paid within invoice terms are subject to finance charges of 2% per
month. Undersigned agrees to terms and conditions on this credit application. Shipping charges and restocking fees will be applied to shipments rejected for
any reason for any reason. All products purchased or shipped are F.O.B. (Freight On Board) our warehouse Los Angeles. This agreement shall be construed
according to the laws of the State of California.
