Assessment of the Current DR Inventory the • List of Application organization’s IT - WIZ Financial & Property System assets - Customer Relationship Management System - UEM Land Corporate Email - File Server • List of Software - WIZ - IFCA - SugarCRM - Microsoft Exchange - Windows File Server • List of Hardware - svr-ex-nc (Exchange Server) - svr-hub-nc (Transport server) - svr-mailbox-nc (Mailbox Server) - svr-smtp1-nc (Edge Transport Server) - wiz-nusajaya (WIZ Server) - nusajaya_svr (WIZ Server) - svr-file-nc (File Server) - svr-file-mercu (File Server) - svr-file-faber (File Server) • List of other IT resources - Xerox Multifunction Machine (Provided by Admin) - Telephone & Fax (Provided by Admin) Note: Should the above information has been submitted to GICT, kindly ignore this requirement. • Type of site – Hot, Warm or Cold - Cahaya Jauhar (hot site for Nusajaya Centre) - Nusajaya Centre (hot site for Cahaya Jauhar)

2. Future DR Environment

1 2 Objective Scope

Summary / Assessment
To be able to continue with organization business requirement during disaster with minimal interruptions. Critical business requirement such as needed by Finance & Credit Control department, and other business critical departments in UEM Land Berhad.

Future DR     Nusajaya Centre & Solaris Dutamas will become a replicated Data Centre. Core applications will be setup with HA (High Availability) as a standard. Whenever Nusajaya Centre is down, Solaris Dutamas will take over and whenever Solaris Dutamas is down, Nusajaya Centre will take over. Each location will work independently during normal working days.
