Efficiently handling all the departments’ viz. Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Food & Beverage Service, Food & Beverage Production and Sales & Marketing. Successfully coordinating with the marketing department for rooms and banqueting business. Formulated strategies for building brand equity & promoting Rooms and F&B sales Functioned as a visiting faculty member of various hotel management colleges in and around Hyderabad.

April’08- April’10 GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Hyderabad) as Manager Facilities Operation and Procurement. GMR Airport is one of the First airports which have come up with PPP (Private Public Partnership) Module in India. The area consists of 5500 Acres, Passenger Terminal Building which can accommodate 5 -15 Million passenger traffic. First airport to get LEED Certification in India. Efficiently handling the Facilities and Procurement department. Taken charge of the property from initial opening stage and setting total operations and facilities of the property Liaison with all authorities, government agencies, Stake Holders & other service providers in the airports which directly involved with operations. Managing & Monitoring of Facilities team and contractor about their routine and periodic services including inspecting, checking, sampling and testing of all materials and workmanship to comply with the contract requirements performed by the cleaning contractor in Passenger Terminal Building and Other Buildings. Evaluating the performance of the vendors and service level agreement (SLA). Ensuring to sustain the Airport Service Quality rating of > 4.45% at all times.
