By agreement of the parties, this matter has been recommended for referral to a settlement judge. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that all filing dates established by prior order are hereby suspended while the case is pending before a settlement judge. If upon failure of settlement the matter is remanded for trial, new filing dates will be established at that time.
