Basis of tlie Charg e (set forth a clear and conicise statement of ths facts constituting the alleged unfair laborpractices) At the present time, for the last six months and for many months before that, the Employer has failed and refused to bargain in good faith with the Charging Party, the exclusive bargaining agent for its musicians, and with the Louisville Orchestra Musicians' Committee, as the designated representative, and has, in fact, bargained in bad faith, by regressive baMaining, by plar;lng unreasonable deadlines on the acceptance of its proposals, and by other acts and onni designed to prevent the negotiation of an acceptable contract. On or about May 28, 2011, the Employer unilaterally and regressively changed wages, hours, and other terms and condibons of employment. i
