Here at Great Harvest we believe in giving generously to others.
We welcome opportunities to help our community.

Our Donation Guidelines:
We donate to non-profit organizations that serve our community.
We donate our products - bread and sweets - often in the form of gift baskets.
We can consider only donation requests that are submitted on this form.
We ask for at least two weeks notice of any donation request, but advise as much notice as you can give.
Donations are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Because of the volume of requests we receive, it
is more likely we can help you if you make your request early.
Once you have returned this form, we will contact you with our answer. You do not need to call the
store.

Now it’s your turn:
In a paragraph of 8-10 sentences, give the name of your organization, the stated goals of your
organization, i.e. how does your organization strengthen the local community, and how a donation from
Great Harvest would help further those goals. Just so you know, we are not looking for a tax write off,
we are looking to build a strong community.
