Shall be responsible for heading the division leading a group of talented engineers in developing new business as well as responsible for divisional performances. Shall have handled large projects at Project Manager level and at Head of Division level. Shall have a good rapport with DRDO, MoD and be aware of the MoD long range plans, DPP procedures etc. Should possess 20 years post qualification experience in all, of which last 5 years shall be in a senior management positions.
