Negotiated a deal with Major Asset Recovery Systems to liquidate or scrap obsolete equipment stored in branch facilities. This created lease space, which generated valuable income for the entire bank. Highly effective leadership skills led to a 96% employee retention rate as well as exceeding productivity goals by 47%. The branch was consistently honored with performance awards for resolving customer difficulties in an expedient and tactful manner. Four out of twelve employees were promoted to management positions through my development of best practices and commitment to ongoing professional training.
