WVLT–TV, CBS 8 Knoxville, Tennessee Sports Broadcasting Intern, “Hockey Loedown” January 2009 – May 2009 Assisted the executive producer with general responsibilities pertaining to the video operations and show production of Hockey Loedown, a half-hour weekly late night hockey news program that covers the Southern Professional Hockey League and the Knoxville Ice Bears: digitized and logged footage; edited film; transcribed video footage; interviewed hockey players; coaches and general managers; and produced and developed news stories for the on-air show and the website.
